Their service is absolutely useless. I have a retail shop and I subscribed to their service for one year 2020.
1) Throughout the whole year, not one application was approved even after all boxes were ticked!
2) It is not possible to contact any persons from their office when required.
3) They claim the application is processed in minutes. That is lie!
4) I told them that I want to cancel the memebership but they refused and said that I have to complete the year. At the end of the year they automatically invoiced me for the next year.
5) This is a total Sham and please do not waste your money and time on this. I really dont know how they get away with trading standards.

Unwilling to but able to help.

Having a had a relationship with funding falcon for over a year and only 4 out of thousands of clients put though the application process.

My company missed a few payments being paid on time, however we always paid and had no arrears. Funding falcon decided to take the full term of our membership nearly £1000 without chasing for the missed payment, ontop of a £25 missed payment fee.

Kirsty admitted to me that in the past they had been willing to not charge us the full amount but let us keep paying monthly, however this time they were not willing to help, basically just to spite our company, even though I told her it would potentially see our business go bust.

The company is poor with customer service and with getting clients accepted for loans. 1 year and only 4 customers accepted is pretty poor.

Please don't make the same mistake as us and avoid this company.

Promising a service they can never deliver. Extortionate APR for customers. Say they will "follow up" with customers and never hear anything back. Avoid at all costs.

Typical sales, they sell you the dream and then immensely under deliver. Poor poor service

You are simply lying - a trial was wholly useless as not one person was passed by your credit team and after numerous phone calls where you were told to cancel the TRIAL, nothing more was heard from you. Until you then produce a £1000 bill for services which wee not used - this is a scam whereby you automatically renew despite calls to the contrary - your company is extremely disingenuous regarding your claims and advertising and i will be happy to take this to court - trying to extort money from companies through automatic renewals is a shocking practice and should be banned. When you know that you have provided no worthwhile service and have received calls to cancel it, why would you try and charge for renewal????

This company is attempting to extort money for providing absolutely no service. We signed up for a trial period of 3 months - the service was terrible and we did not get one customer through their service. They now want to try and extort in excess of £1000 for the non existent service. STAY CLEAR

Very happy with Funding Falcon, I found them to offer a much better service than their competitors. Also our account manager Paul Clark has been very helpful, very responsive to emails / calls with any questions we may have, very knowledgeable when showing us things or explaining things to us. Would definitely recommend to others and looking forward to continuing our journey alongside Funding Falcon. Thanks Paul!

I've had a bad experience with this company. I signed up for one year for the pro package we tried to put one customer through for finance who had impeccible creit history and they offered a 50% finance rate. We never used them after this but they have gone on to sign us up for a 2nd year although we have repeatedly told them we do not agree for a 2nd year, they are now trying to pursue through a debt collection agency for the amount. We have sent numerous cancellation emails which tey have continiued to ignore. I am now being forced to seek legal advice.

The team at Funding Falcon (particularly Paul Clark) have been extremely professional, efficient and helpful throughout our initial period with them.

Any questions are answered fully and quickly by them.

So far everything has been explained perfectly and the process was made easy to complete. Looking forward to working with you guys.

Couldn't recommend Funding Falcon highly enough. Having little to no experience with dealing with retail finance, the customer service was incredible. Amy explained the whole process and made the whole process a pleasure and so straightforward .Questions were always answered promptly and the whole team had a wealth of knowledge. There was a longer than usual wait during the approval process (not Funding Falcons fault) My account manager Paul kept me up to date the whole time and ensured things were chased up with the FCA.Once approval was granted, he arranged a call the next day and a walkthrough of the portal. Again customer service was 10/10 and made the whole process so simple.If you're considering retail finance for your business, I couldn't recommend Funding Falcon more highly. Professional, informative and more importantly the product itself has opened up a whole new customer base.

Very impressed with the service and care they provide to a small business like ours, we feel appreciated and know that we can just send an email or pick up the phone to talk to somebody to get the help or advice we need. So far so good!
