I cannot speak highly enough of Leanne. From start to finish, the experience was handled with professionalism, compassion, and genuine care. Leanne, who organised the funeral, was exceptional — her customer service was outstanding, and she guided everything with calm reassurance and attention. Very well-managed funeral plan.

Sarah from Memoria, who work with FWG, was so helpful as was Lola from FWG. I was kept in the loop from start to finish. My brother-in-law's ashes were delivered to my door today in a beautiful box, with the urn inside. They also sent a card with my BIL's fingerprints, which I didn't expect. What a lovely touch. ❤️

After some deliberation, I eventually spoke with Joe. He was clear, empathic and made the whole process easy to understand and simple to put into effect.

My agent Luke was wonderful.
Other companies I approached for quotes harassed me with endless phone calls to the point I blocked them, even though I had stated texts or emails, so did not get my business.
I explained to Luke that I preferred email and text due to hearing issues with phone calls. And he was happy to do everything via email.
Yes it took longer but his patience is what helped in my decision to purchase from funerals with grace. So much so, I have set up one for me and one for my husband. Thank you Luke. Highly recommended.

Well this company has rang me today monday 10th November 2025 asking to 1) speak to my son bearing in mind he passed away when he was 12 weeks and 3 days old and has been gone over a year now
2) or the could of been on about my partners grandad and he has been gone 7 years ago today
3) this company is very bad and inconsiderate

As a sensitive subject my enquiry and eventual completion of agreeing a contract was handled very professionally and efficiently- felt very satisfied that my desires would be fulfilled

Graham didn’t try to oversell the cremation plan but ensured I had all the information I needed about product. He wasn’t pushy or over chatty but was polite and friendly. I had all the information I needed to make choice, Graham advised me to check everything and make sure I was getting what I wanted, there were no gimmicks to try to get me to make up my mind too quickly
