I had tried a few companies found with Grace a very good price, all explained, paperwork recieved also my family recieved the confirmation.
Easy to set up too paid in full no issues would highly recommend.

The staff were very very helpful, pleasure to talk to them. Every thing was explained in detail and asked if there was anything they could do.
Price was good so now both my wife and I are both with grace.
Very satisfied.

After checking out most of the direct cremation site I found that funerals with grace were the best. My choice of plan was made even easier with the help Leanne who was very friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and very helpful. It made the choice much easier I would have no problems in recommending funerals with Grace.

My mother passed away at 8am, we awaited for the doctor to come and then phoned Funerals with grace at 11.45am and was told somebody will be on their way . At 2pm no one had shown up , rang again only to be told the person who took the call had,nt logged it .
They eventually turned up at 5.30pm to collect her body . Im sorry but at a time when people are grieving this is just not good enough .
there was nothing graceful about this company .

The whole experience was simple and stress free it was very simple to navigate and very easy to speak to the gentleman who dealt with mine and my husbands funeral plans was excellent and explained exactly what was included in our selection. I would highly recommend them.

I had used The Funeral Market for my husband’s cremation 2 years ago, and they were excellent. Planning ahead, I did not want my cremation to be a burden , and I wanted the same unattended, no service, cremation. Friends of my husband remembered him in their own way and that was a genuine and welcome way to do it.
I had the most wonderful and lighthearted conversation with a lovely lady. She couldn’t have been nicer, ( but I cannot remember her name), and I booked and paid for my send off there and then. No selling at all, but me getting just what I wanted. Excellent.

Very friendly person on the telephone, when I booked for two plans for me and my wife. Explained what they could offer, and you also get a gift card worth £50.00 for each plan you take out. Received all the details of my two plans by post 4 days later.

We had an excellent experience with the team. It was very easy to arrange a direct cremation for my partner. The price was very good and well within our budget. We highly recommend Grace to anyone considering a direct cremation.

Abida was friendly, asked questions about me and my circumstances with sensitivity and was genuinely interested in my answers. It wasn’t a ‘hard sell’ at all, and she was very knowledgeable about the products and services offered answering all my queries. Nothing felt rushed and I was able to do through things at my own pace. I have been telling my friends about Plan with Grace since taking out my plan, and discussing the benefits of a funeral plan for those of us whose family would not have immediate access to funds to be able to pay on the event of our death or those of us who wouldn’t want to burden them. I cannot recommend Plan with Grace highly enough.

Luke made the whole process easy to understand and was a pleasure to deal with. Would highly recommend this funeral service as I was able to tailor it to exactly what me and my wife wanted.

Spoke with Joe who was very helpful and in no way pushy, which equated to a pleasant experience! Price quoted was best compared to other companies! No hesitation in recommending Grace. One negative though! Would have preferred funeral plan to be a bit more private! Under my name and address was the heading: Your Funeral Plans.
