I've never had to do anything like this before and when I rang funerals with grace I didn't know what to expect. Becky was extremely caring and helpful also very efficient as she explained to me the different plans and made me feel much easier about the situation, I would definitely recommend these people as they are so understanding and helpful in a horrible time, many many thanks 😊 Nick

Stay well away. False economy. Only causes more grief.
This organisation is awful and I'd implore anyone looking for a funeral service to look elsewhere.
They lost my Mum's body (which I had to ring around funeral directors to find), they got cross when I had to speak to the funeral directors directly (because they didn't provide me with any of the information I needed), they refused to allow me to see Mum without paying extra, they refused to allow me to dress Mum, in her own clothes without paying, they even refused to allow the family to carry Mum into the crematorium, again, unless I paid extra and had HSE training(!). To top it off they forgot to inform me that Mum;'s ashes were ready to be collected so I had to find out for myself.
At a time when I and my family needed most help and peace, they were a constant source of misinformation, pettiness, confusion, total lack of communications, and hurt to the family.

Firstly, we want to clearly state that we did not lose your mother’s body. At no point was her location unknown to us. However, we understand that there may have been a breakdown in communication, and we are sorry if this caused you any distress. We always strive to provide clear, timely updates, and it’s regrettable that this was not your experience.
This was arranged as an attended cremation without a hearse, which means there is no bearing of the coffin. It is highly unusual for families to request this as part of this service type, and this was explained at the time. We appreciate that every family’s needs are different, and we offer other service options for those who wish to be more involved.
Regarding the dressing of your mother, this is a delicate task that must be carried out by trained staff in accordance with health and safety guidelines. For similar reasons, carrying the coffin requires appropriate preparation and risk assessments. These are not arbitrary restrictions; they are in place to ensure dignity, safety, and compliance with professional standards.
Finally, we apologise sincerely if there was any delay in notifying you that the ashes were ready. This should have been communicated clearly and promptly.
We truly regret that you felt unsupported at such a critical time. Please don’t hesitate to reach out directly if you’d like to discuss anything further. We are always here to listen and to improve.
