Products never arrived. Was told to email to follow up, several emails later no response, no products and no refund received

TERRIBLE SERVICE

Impossible to end a subscription

Absolutely terrible service. Ordered on 1st May, chased on the 12th May only to be told my item as damaged in transit and would I’ll a replacement or refund.
I obviously wanted the items which is why I ordered them so asked for these to be resent.
Still not received on 22nd May and no number to chase up.
Shocking service won’t be ordering again

Quick and efficient service

Awful, parcel still not arrived 9 days after delivery due date, emailed them 4 times and refuse to help, states on Yodel it needs to repacked, (it’s liquid contents clearly been burst in transit) yet the supplier refuses to help in the situation and delivery company refusing to assist either so currently out of pocket with no insight of how to request a refund

1 of 13 items was delivered. No response from call centre. Funkin moved to Amazon. Order lost. Received refund with no explanation. Not what I would call customer service. Funkin useless.

Have not received my order placed on the 8th of May , have emailed them 3 times with absolutely no response

I never received my order. I’ve emailed multiple times to both contact emails for the company and haven’t had a reply to any. Very disappointed

They sent a product past its expiration date, and I couldn’t find anyone to deal with / no one to contact!

Great product, big slow with delivery

My order was shipped in two parcels, one was received fine but the second was not delivered due to damage. I have emailed to resolve this but had no response from Funkin

My order has still not arrived 10 days after delivery date given. Sent emails with no response and phoned them who then said they would email.never heard anything. Still no order and no refund. Very poor service

I ordered puree flavours for my use at my wedding almost 10 days ago - I have had a tracking number from Funkin for Yodel. When tracking the package, Yodel tracking online states that the package is 'with sender' and that it is not en route to me.

No contact number for Funkin.

Sent an email to chase this up - No response from Funkin.

Would never order direct from them again.

Not received my order placed in April . No response to several emails . No one answers the phone number on website . No answer on Facebook .

Delivery was late, maybe more to do both the courier you used, but when I contacted your customer services via email. I never got a reply

I would love to review my items, however they never arrived. I ordered in April 28th.
DPD messaged me on the 2nd May to say they couldn't deliver, then another message on the 3rd to say my parcel was damaged and had been returned to the seller.

I contacted Funkin and instead of a response to my query, I received a tracking email to say the parcel was still on it's way with the tracking number that links right back to DPD telling me the parcel is damaged and has been returned to the seller.

No reply to my emails, no response to my FB message, and no idea where my items are or how to get a refund.

I am currently sat 200 miles away from home, on the holiday with friends I was supposed to be bringing the cocktail cartons to, without my drinks, out of pocket and drinking supermarket cocktails instead.

Poor service Funkin.

Generally never have problems but my last order 2 containers had burst I sent pictures of the damage and emails but have had no response from Funkin

Haven’t yet received my order from April have email in a week ago also spoke on the phone yesterday and today and have been waiting for a response via email to which I haven’t received!! My order was for a cocktail event I’m holding tomorrow Saturday 9th May
