Funnel requires you to email them to downgrade, but can easily upgrade, no problem, at the click of a button. Absurd.
I called this company many times to find out about their services but I never received the call back they are very irresponsible and do not know how to run a business if they can't even make a phone call back who needs them deal with someone else
Beware of Their Predatory Cancellation Policy
I strongly advise against doing business with this company due to their unethical cancellation policy. Even if you cancel your service, they will still force you to pay for a future billing cycle—charging you for service you won’t even use.
This is a classic predatory tactic designed to squeeze extra money out of customers, regardless of whether the service was adequate. Any reputable company would allow customers to cancel without unfairly charging them for a future period of service they no longer need.
If you’re considering signing up, be extremely cautious and read the fine print. There are plenty of companies out there with transparent and fair policies—this isn’t one of them.
After 10 years working with Funnel, our experience has ended on a disappointing note. Due to financial difficulties, we requested to cancel the service 20 days before the automatic renewal. However, we were informed that, according to their policy, we should have given 30 days' notice.
While we understand the importance of contractual terms, what’s most disheartening is the lack of flexibility and empathy. Even after making it clear that we do not want to continue using the service, they are forcing us to maintain the contract for another year—something we neither need nor can afford at this time.
It’s unfortunate that after such a long relationship, they have not shown a more understanding or human approach toward a loyal customer.
Recommendation: If you decide to work with Funnel, we strongly recommend canceling the automatic renewal as soon as you sign the contract, just in case.

Funnel dismissed connectors without giving any communication to its clients, which caused huge harm to other businesses.
Beyond apologizing, they weren't able to offer a solution.

I am Russian working in American start-up. Guess what? These guys said they cannot do business with us (aka we cannot purchase their software) because of our employee locations (some employees are in Russia) and based on some sort of Funnel policies. Since when employee location matter sanction-wise if the company is American? And I wonder what exactly does your policy say? Does it say 'It is forbidden to work with a company that has Russian employees' or what? How racist of you. Shame on you and Tim Barramen from Boston. No worries, we will find a much better marketing analytics software.
Incredible product and the customer service is truly exceptional. I had multiple questions and always had someone highly knowleadgeable on hand to help me solve them. Would definitely recommend to anyone searching for a data management solution.
