Very bad experience. They offered an Atari preorder (handheld and joystick) that should arrive before christmas 2017, but were not able to deliver and said that because of problems delivery will be in Q1 2018. But nothing happend. I inquired and they said that delivery will be june earliest and that I can cancel the preorder. I did that, but now they say that the refund will take seven days to be "processed by their financial team". That is inacceptable. They took my money, delivered nothing and now they really take another seven days to send the money back? Very bad customer service. Never again.

Ive genuinely never had a better online buying experience than with funstockretro. I was looking for the retro freak console on different websites, and funstockretro were by far the best outlet selling it. They listed everything that was included very clearly, the pricing was fantastic, and the delivery was so fast. I couldn't have had a better experience in any way!

The ordering and receiving of my item was prompt, efficient, and with no issues. My issue is with after contact. I emailed an inquiry twice, with a long time getting an answer. I understand we all get busy, but if that is the case, then it should not inform the sender, that a reply will be given within 1 working/business day. My time to receive a reply was almost two weeks. I found that experience unsatisfactory. Hopefully contact responses will be improved

Having recently purchased a gift for my daughter for Christmas it arrived in good time.
However when she opened her blaze tab on Christmas morning excited to start downloading games and playing with it we found it had been delivered with screen detached and no assembly instructions. I know this is not right as this purchase was recommended to me by a friend and they received a complete unit, product powers up but once switched on its all in Chinese and inoperable.
I have since contacted customer services on a number of occasions to resolve this situation by requesting either a replacement or refund have have still had no joy.
Very disappointed in not only the product itself but also the lack of communication I have since received from the customer service team. Would not recommend any future purchases from this website

The stick supplied unfortunately had a defect, but their after sales and returns policies were great. I would definitely use them again.
