disgusting took 6 months to get a refund tried every day asking for my money back every day Calling them same person talking on the phone changing there name disgusting! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM THEY MUG YOU OFF

My Divan bed as developed a fault short of 2 years having the product.
I purchased the bed on the basis of the description which was: "The bed is very strong so it will last you many years as we only use solid hardwood in the construction of the bed"
I have tried using the chat service, sent emails and made calls to the company but no response. The phone number no longer even rings, just a voicemail asking to leave a message. I am not one for leaving negative reviews, but the service, or rather lack of from Furniture4Home has been shocking.

Purchased a Divan bed of some description.. May 2020.

A few months later the base collapsed. After my partner eventually got in touch with them a replacement was promised within the week - at this point we were forced to sleep on the floor. Weeks later half a bed arrives, a month after that we finally received the full replacement.

Not too many months after the replacement arrived the base also collapsed. Still awaiting a reply from the various different attempts to start communication: Facebook, email, phone call, live chat...

Not sure where we stand in terms of our warranty but considering we haven't had a working bed for any given amount of time I think a conversation would be the least you could expect. I'm also well aware of the various sale of goods acts etc which I'm sure would cover a bed that they actively advertised as 'durable' and 'a bed to last many years' on their website.

Avoid this company like the plague.

5 star excellence all round! We ordered garden furniture. It was delivered within a week of ordering where everywhere else we went was either out of stock or you had to wait weeks for it to be delivered. Delivery guy took the time to give tips on how best to put it together. The product exceeded our expectations, better quality than a lot more expensive sets we’d looked at and easy to put together. Even came with a cover which we weren’t expecting!

Bed squeaks terribly and apparently this is normal with a wooden frame. Buy cheap, buy twice! Emails ignored.

Well worth it! I was kind of scared at first but they always keeps me updated plus delivery notice. More importantly, I can't complain about the quality at all. Too good for its price. Will definitely buy again for my daughter.

Ordered my bed and came the next day, the driver gave me updates and the bed came in perfect condition and was so easy to put together!!!

Really poor quality bed and mattress both failed with in a year. They dont return emails or answer phone. I wouldnt use this company again prefer to sleep on floor.

I ordered my bed and it did come on time which was good. The problem is that the bed I have been delivered looks different to the photo online (after reading the reviews I also found that many people had this same issue) the quality is rubbish, and the bed looks cheap. I wrote an email and sent it through multiple times. No reply. I chased over 4 times through live chat and the first time I did get an answer telling me that someone would look over it and reply. Now, even though it says ‘replies immediately’ it hadn’t heard anything in over 2 weeks. Just before writing this I finally got a reply. I felt as though I had been treated in a rude way, and made to feel as though I was in the wrong. I was also told that there was nothing wrong with the bed, so nothing could be done about it, when there quite clearly is! overall I would avoid, rubbish products and disgraceful customer service.

Cheap materials poorly constructed terrible communication and customer service 7 months old now regret buying it

Update: F4H has agreed to send me a new base within 2-4 weeks. Thank you!

I purchased a divan base/headboard last year with a one year warranty. The headboard never fitted properly (falls down one side) and the base is really flimsy. In fact, the board has collapsed into the base on one side. As the bed is within the one year warranty, I called the company to get a replacement or a refund. Nobody answers the phone or responds to voicemails. Despite claiming "we reply immediately" on the webchat, no-one ever responds. I've also sent several emails - no response.

Come on, Furniture 4 Home - you can do better than this! The same thing happened to a friend who bought the same bed as me. I wish I'd known that before I bought the bed (or read the reviews). Please respond to me!

Awful - I would not recommend this site to anyone that actually wants to either receive their goods or get a straight answer to any questions!
Ordered a bed online, and told delivery within 10 working days. Then get an email saying it had been dispatched a few days later and the courier would be in touch.... all good so far but that's when the problems started.
Email said courier would get in touch....nothing for days so I used the live chat to see what was happening. Told the courier will contact in 48 hours to confirm delivery window...48 hours come and go and nothing. Back in contact and then told they will chase up the courier and get back to me. End of that day I get a delivery window of 5 days during the following week. And I was told that I would get a call confirming when in that window I would get the delivery soon.
Ok obviously no contact from the courier, nothing from the site and the timeframe went. I then got back in touch (admittedly I was annoyed by this point) and get fobbed off again, saying the delivery is now in a new delivery window and will definitely be there in that timeframe and I will definitely get a call to confirm exactly when in the next couple of days....again absolutely nothing is heard and by this point I have had enough. I tell them to cancel the order and I want a refund.
I was told the refund would be back in my account in 2-7 business days. I am now sat here 7 business days later with no money! Have contacted them again and with absolutely no reason given they have just said it has 'taken longer than expected to process'
In the space of 3 messages on the live chat I have been told it will be in my account 'early next week', then 'by wednesday' and then by the end of next week' so frankly I have no idea if or when the refund is coming and feel that this will need escalating even further.
I wish I had read the other reviews before I ordered - AVOID THIS COMPANY!
Incidentally I have ordered and had delivered a top quality bed elsewhere in the time it has taken this lot to apparently do nothing. I just hope the refund comes soon other wise I have a big credit card bill to deal with purely because of their incompetence!

Awful experience. First bed damaged (torn cloth) and the driver shot away without getting a signature - I suspect he knew it was damaged as the packaging was clear, and he refused to answer his mobile straight away. 5 weeks to replace after being promised 1 to 2 weeks (Fred), and the replacement was damaged too (one drawer won't fully close) - sent them photos (Ken), and was fobbed off. After the time it took last time, I can't be bothered to get another replacement. Poor service, poor quality, overall very poor. If there were minus ratings, I'd choose that - shop around elsewhere, this wasn't the deal I thought it was.

Bed arrived very poor quality, no attachments for headboard, staples visible in front of headboard, wheels didn’t fit into base. Requested a return and refund before Christmas and still waiting despite chasing 3 times. Would not purchase from them again

Bought the crushed velvet double bed. The quality is terrible, no instructions, no fire reg labels and to put it together you have to rip some of the coverings underneath. The headboard doesn't reach the correct height. It's also not the same bed that's on the image online. Please avoid purchasing from them if you want good quality. It's too late for us to return as we tried putting it together first. I can't tell you how disappointed I am.

in Nov. Delighted with the product and the service. Would recommend them and buy from there again.

Honestly was sceptical as to how cheap the company was, but the customer service is brilliant and I love my table! Came so quickly, ordered on the Sunday and it’s came today on the Thursday!

Absolutely love my purchase! Quick delivery easy to put together x my bed is soo comfy I bloody love it xx definitely recommend 😁👌
