I am so fed up! Measured my dog Harness doesn’t not fit I have been asking for refund for couple weeks . I get e mails asking again for measurements and money for them to send another once I have returned it! I just want to return it and get a refund ! Do NOT use this company! Customer Service non existent I will carry on as I am not losing my money . I advise anyone you want a harness go elsewhere!

The company responded very quickly to a delivery concern. I was impressed by their professional approach to dealing with customers. The product is excellent, but it is vital to ensure generous measurement for your dog.
The company is to be congratulated on its customer service and thoughtful response to returning an item.

I really love 😘 the furry king jacket with harness attached.. so easy to get on for Dolly. warm.waterproof and so easy to put on .. Great quality...Love it.and so does Dolly. I ordered an extra one.. I wish they had one for the summer .same design but a cooler one. Thank you Furry King. Great products..

The rain jacket I bought for my dog was too small for her, so I contacted Furry King to request a replacement in the next size up. The larger size was perfect for her and I was very happy with the customer service I received. The jacket is very well made and excellent quality.

Great customer service as I forgot to add name, this was later added by them. Product is tough and durable - Excellent harness for our cockerpoo Poppy- harness was a medium which fits her well, it’s secure, lead also enclosed in package- love the personalisation and choice of colours. Much kinder to dogs as fastens easily, lead fixes to the back not the neck .

This was replacement first one was too big after sales service was very good, harness fits lovely this time .

I ordered a coat and harness from this company and neither fitted, I immediately contacted them to ask to return them for a full refund as per the 30 days money back guarantee and they have refused to refund the whole sum of £40.99. They emailed me back and said they would need to take $10 off for the cost of the return and asked if I was happy and I said no. I asked where I was returning the items to that it was costing $10 and they then emailed me back and told me I could keep the coat and the harness and they would refund £30.99 I emailed them again and asked what the $10 was for if I was not posting it back to them. I have had no email reply, just a notification of a £30.99 refund which I have not received yet.

The measurement guide was very helpful for fitting my whippet and the photos were clear and helped guide my colour choice.
I am very pleased with the product. It is well made and fits perfectly.

I ordered 2 jackets but the wrong size, they happily sent me 2 more just paying for postage and i donated the smaller ones .
They are well made, warm and easy to use.😁

I think the product is great we had a problem with sizing and I must say our Silky Terriers is bigger than the norm which confused things .
When the jacket I bought was far too small and I contacted Customer Support at Furry King they sorted the problem out straight away. I now have a beautifully fitting jacket and my dog and I are extremely happy.
I know now it is more important to look at measurements rather than dog breed.

Shocking customer service. I had already bought this product and was very happy. Went to buy another 2 in L& XL in black (2dogs) and simply reordered what I had done earlier but this time I received what was actually more like S n XS! I sent photos and essentially was told bad luck. I should not have gone by the siding I had ALREADY purchased! Madness!
Do yourself a favour and DONT purchase this product! Unless it’s in a store and you see what you’re buying!

The whole process was great, order placing delivery and now the jacket has arrived it is absolutely fabulous, the size is great I have 2 moodles (maltese poodles), quality of the garment is truly fantastic. I would certainly purchase other goods from them.

Regarding incorrect size problem was rectified. The winter coat is great. Easy to get on and waterproof
