We’ve worked with Fuse for several years, and they’ve become an incredibly valuable extension of our team.

There aren’t many marketing agencies that truly specialize in 3PL and supply chain, and that industry expertise is a huge differentiator. Third-party logistics is a difficult and nuanced service to market. The Fuse team understands the industry, the terminology, the sales cycle, and, most importantly, what brands and retailers are looking for from a 3PL partner. We don’t have to spend time teaching them our industry before we can talk strategy. They get it.

Fuse supports us across lead and demand generation, Google Ads, SEO and AEO/GEO, website strategy and optimization, CRM and pipeline management, prospecting, sales enablement, and more. They’ve also helped us optimize our digital presence across our different geographic markets. As our business, capabilities, and priorities have evolved, they’ve evolved right alongside us.

They’re incredibly organized, responsive, and transparent. We have bi-weekly meetings to review goals, priorities, and deliverables, along with weekly KPI reporting that keeps us connected to performance and helps us understand where to focus next. They’ve helped make marketing a much more measurable and integrated part of our overall business development strategy.

Beyond the work itself, we genuinely love working with this team. We have regular access to senior leadership, including working directly with their founder, Jacob, and have built great relationships with Cale, Kevin, and others across Fuse. They’re collaborative, accessible, full of ideas, and genuinely invested in our success.

At this point, Fuse doesn’t feel like an outside marketing agency. They’re part of our team, and we’re incredibly grateful for the partnership we’ve built.

We sell machine monitoring hardware and software to manufacturers, which is a niche, low search volume, long sales cycle market. Fuse figured it out. In our first 12 months working with Jacob and his team, paid search opportunities grew 143%, inbound contacts grew 131%, and digital inbound went from about a third of our new business pipeline to over 70%. What I appreciate most is that Jacob cares about qualified pipeline, not clicks. He tells me when something isn't working and moves budget to where the results are. But they never really spend the time to know your business, your pain points, what works what doesn't. Fuse does.
They also provide proactive feedback, insights and recommendations and help us peak around corners that we aren't necessarily looking at.
