My property had a few teething issues initially, but that did not deter Kevin from resolving the problems and finding a way. As other reviews stated, he rang ahead of time, the evening before, to give his ETA. He also ensured I understood the process from start to finish.

Once it was all up and running, 'Kevin The Installer' ensured that I was confident with the EV charger before he left too. He also cleaned up as he went along.

On top of all of that, I am someone who gets anxiety with people I do not know entering my home (Like so many do). With Kevin, I did not feel like an alien in my own space! So he can have a gold star for that also.

Fusion were called out to sort out a non-working EV charger. Kevin, the engineer, was great. He reached out to me on the morning of the service to confirm when he would come. He quickly spotted an unrelated issue with the wiring in the initial installation (which was not done by Fusion, so it's not their responsibility). He resolved this without needing to. He then went through every element of the charger, diagnosed that it was a faulty unit, and replaced it on the spot. His work was quick, efficient, tidy and he explained everything he was going to do. 5 Star service, and would gladly recommend Kevin and Fusioin.

Kevin installed a OHME charger and was absolutely amazing. He went the extra mile to navigate dwarf walls and other obstacles under the property and returned the area back to how it looked before! Considering how much work was done, you would not have known! Amazing work and would recommend to everyone!!

Kevin phoned the day before to confirm arrival time. He ran through the process clearly and I was very happy with the speed with which the charger was installed.
He ran through the workings of the charger and OHME app before he left which extremely clear good for us.

Kevin was professional and fixed the problem I was having with the charger.
The previous electrician who came to look at the charger was not very thorough and said the fault was my car. Car checked out and no problem found. Hence, delay in fixing my charger. Was very grateful when Kevin turned up.

Kevin, a technician from Fusion Gas and electric , recently installed our Ohme EV car charger, and his service was outstanding. He contacted me the day before to confirm an arrival time, which he met with impressive punctuality. Arriving on time he immediately began work. Kevin's professionalism was exceptional. He kept us informed throughout the entire installation, explaining each step in a way that was easy to understand. After the installation was complete, he guided us through setting up the Ohme app and configuring the charger to our preferences. We are extremely impressed with both the company and Kevin's excellent work.

Absolutely fabulous service. Aiden has fitted a charger for me before and he remembered me, which was nice.

The cabling was done really neatly and they cleared up all the mess before leaving.

Kevin fitted our Ohme EV car charger today and was fantastic at every step of the process. He rang the day before and gave me a time of arrival, which was extremely accurate, he turned up on the day, on time, looking smart and immediately got to work. His professionalism was second to none even fixing things from the original build of the house as it was unsafe. He explained the process step by step in a language I could understand and once installation was completed he helped me download the app and setup the charger with the typical settings someone would want. Top marks to the company and Kevin for a great job as I can't fault them

Dean made the installation process so smooth and easy. He suggested a suitable spot to install my new EV charger, and helped move my stuff in the garage to ensure a correct location was identified. He worked efficiently and cleanly and was professional and friendly. Dean was amazing and a credit to Ohme. I’ve been delighted with the whole process - but Dean was the real winner as he even helped me to set up the Ohme App!! If I could give 10 stars - I would not hesitate! Thanks Dean!!!
