Adam worked quickly, was very neat with the installation and cleaned up well afterwards. The only issue was the time lag on the installation which was no fault of Adam’s.

Fusion Electric were asked to repair my charger. They communicated with me quickly and arranged a visit. They then called to say they had an earlier appointment. My charger was replaced within 5 hours of them receiving the notification to attend. Excellent result and service by Fusion. And for the charger company to have Fusion working on their behalf, legend. Thank you team!

My EV charger was not working and Fusion electric were given the task of fixing it. They contacted me via email to arrange a date and address which was prompt. Although within an hour I had a call from the service engineer to ask if he could call round and fix it today!!! Wow now that's what I call service. The engineer was at my door within an hour and had my EV up and running within half an hour. So all in all it only took a couple of hours to get from start to finish and up and running. I would definitely recommend this team for their professionalism. Thanks 👍

Lovely, polite lad called Dom has just installed my EV charger.

Dom fitted a charging point today - comms were great efficient and kept everywhere clean. Really helpful explaining the product.

Adam, the installer was very prompt and helpful. He managed to squeeze us in earlier than scheduled which was very beneficial to us. The negative was that the fusion booking system is floored and they ‘had an issue with their booking system’ that resulted in the installation taking place 1 week later than planned.

Adam was quick efficient and friendly and he tidied everything away so nicely afterwards. No complaints.
