Order delivery more than an hour late.. not using them again.
Order a meal for collection when I got to the restaurant they were closed and locking the doors so they had rejected the order but fusion kitchen still took the payment. When I asked for a refund fusion kitchen referred me to the restaurant who said the order had been cancelled on their system and I had to contact fusion kitchen for the refund. A month later and several chases and fusion kitchen are still refusing to refund for the order I never received!
I had a very disappointing experience with Fusion Kitchen POS and Fusion My Business. In my view, their service felt highly unprofessional, Fraud, scammer and lacking transparency, especially around fees and payouts.
I personally had to take legal action to resolve issues, which I eventually won—but the time, stress, and effort involved were significant and not something any business owner should have to go through.
Based on my experience, I strongly recommend:
Avoid handling important matters over the phone—keep everything documented via email
Always request detailed reports and clear breakdowns of payouts
Double-check their fee structures, as I found them unclear and difficult to track
If you're considering using them, be very cautious and make sure you fully understand what you're signing up for.
I ordered a takeaway from Hunterz Spice on a Sunday at 11:30 for delivery at 1:15. At 1:45 it hadn’t arrived so I called the restaurant and was told it was on its way, 15 minutes later it still hadn’t arrived so I called again and was again told it was on its way. I asked the woman on the phone to check that and she called me back 15 minutes later to say the delivery person had returned the food saying the order was cancelled. I was asked to come and collect it. I collected it and got home about 3pm. By that time the food was cold and had to be re-cooked. The poppadoms were just crumbs and the onion Bhaji was a soggy mess. I was told by the restaurant that I had to call Fusion kitchen for a refund. I did that (four times) but they will only refund the £2.99 delivery fee and haven’t even done that. They said I needed to contact the restaurant to refund the food.
When I asked what had happened FK said that sometimes the delivery people just cancel the order themselves. But no apology or attempt to resolve the issue. I’ll stick with just eat who at least take full responsibility when issues arise.
First time we ordered was last week and the food was beautiful but they forgot our chips. This evening we ordered again and wrote on the delivery note, not to forget the chips that were missed last week. This week we were missing 2 curry sauces. I’m guessing this must be a regular thing! As lovely as it was we won’t be ordering anything else.

I have repeatedly requested the cancellation of the website and the return of the card terminal for my Indian takeaway business in Nottingham. Even though I terminated my contract with them over seven months ago, no action has been taken. This situation is causing significant confusion for our customers, as there are two websites for the same takeaway. Occasionally, customers call us because they haven't received their food after placing orders on the wrong website. This is damaging our business's reputation. I am posting this complaint here because my previous calls regarding this issue have been ignored.

Worst ordering system and collect my money with a tricks
Awful service. Charged me £4 for a delivery from a local restaurant, and never sent a driver to the restaurant to collect the food. Despite being a preorder the food eventually arrived 1.5hours late, support was useless and couldn’t tell me where my order was or whether it would ever arrive, and they refuse to refund the delivery because the food “was consumed”

I made an order through Fusion Kitchen yesterday, which is associated with the Chennai Dosa Derby restaurant. Unfortunately, today, I discovered that my card information had been compromised and used on a foreign clothing website. It is important to note that this was the only instance in several years where I directly used my card for payment, as the website indicated that Google Pay was not accepted.
Fusion Kitchen's Abysmal Customer Service
I had high hopes for Fusion Kitchen when I placed an order for delivery, but unfortunately, my experience was nothing short of a nightmare. Despite scheduling a delivery time, my order never arrived. To add insult to injury, I received a cancellation notification a mere five minutes before it was meant to be delivered.
This level of incompetence is unacceptable. Not only did Fusion Kitchen fail to fulfill their end of the bargain, but their customer service was also utterly atrocious. There was no attempt to rectify the situation or offer any form of compensation for the inconvenience caused.
As a customer, I expect reliability and accountability from the establishments I choose to support. Fusion Kitchen failed to meet even the most basic standards of service, leaving me deeply disappointed and frustrated. I strongly advise others to steer clear of this establishment unless they enjoy disappointment and frustration.

I wish I read the reviews first. I feel that even 1 star is too much for them. The customer service absolutely horrendous even so called manager is unprofessional. In denial of accepting their fault for restaurant not receiving the order; better order directly from the restaurant at least money gone and food received. Fusion give fake promises about compensating but don’t. This has happened to many people after checking reviews, a standard fusion kitchen job take money from customer and not process order, think the restaurant has a magical ball and can see orders.
Absolutely disgusting customer service went to order a Chinese takeaway as a treat for the family so I put the order through it all got confirmed to then find out the restaurant was closed how did the this company allow that to happen I spoke to someone over the phone and they weren’t sure how that happened and put it into a wallet fair enough accidents can happen however I’ve gone to place the same order tonight using the wallet money but will not let me place an order so I’ve rung this company again and I’ve been told that they don’t know what’s going on so I’ve asked for the money to be refunded back to my card and I have been told that I cannot have a refund and have been very argumentative and still continuing to argue that I cannot have my money back I have said I will wait for a refund I am not fussed about this but the fact they are refusing to give me my money back is beyond believable I will NEVER use this company again
Definitely not a credible or legitimate business. I Orderd food online, went to collect, on arrival told they do not have the food I ordered in stock. Option given was to have something else or a refund. I said refund, the food shop cannot process the refund they said go online and cancel the order. Online it shows as food collected so given a telephone number to call, they then phone the shop, the shop confirmed they should refund and now told it will take 5-10 days for the refund. So now I have no food and £35 down, for 5-10 days. I would avoid. Wish I had seen the other reviews before I ordered.
They send emails with coupons regularly which do not work. Just a marketing scam.
We bought a £12.99 special curry that was half full in the tin, buiriyani short portion, rice full tub but their chips were so small! We oredered 2 bags at £3.25 each! And barely got 15 to 20 chips each for £6.50? When I complained he blamed the credit crunch??? Small portion curries load it up with chips! But not even that, so dissapointed. The curry for what we got was lovely it's a shame we didn't get a full portion.
