Ook een volmacht getekend waardoor de advocaat uit onze naam alles kon tekenen wat ook veel rust geeft. In Spanje loopt toch alles anders met andere regels. Fuster & Associates en dan in het bijzonder ‘Egidius Kersten’ ontzettend bedankt voor alles.

Onze ervaring met Fuster was over de gehele lijn positief. Het hele traject van begin tot uiteindelijke de afgifte van de akte van de aankoop was heel professioneel. Er waren natuurlijk vele mailkes , heen en terug , maar steeds was er een direct antwoord.

Great clear communication from team Fuster who looked after everything from offer to completion of our holiday home purchase, complete service including NIE numbers, Bank account, Utility contracts, Spanish wills, taxes, notary, land registry fees. Klaudia Sadza is exceptional and a pleasure to deal with. We highly recommend Fuster to anyone.

We recently purchased an apartment on Santa Rosalia Lake and Life Resort in Murcia. We appointed Fuster and Associates as our legal representatives. They were very professional, responsive and helpful throughout the whole process, navigating us through the Spanish conveyancing system that can be complex. Any questions asked were responded to promptly by Lydia who was our assigned Legal Assistant. We would highly recommend using them for a stress free experience.

Fuster and Associates have been my solicitors in Spain from the time I purchased a property until I sold it some years later. Their assistance and guidance has been invaluable. Without ther solicitors and in paticular Lydia (legal assistant) I would have had great difficulty in finding my way through the everyday problems that a foreign country can throw up.
