Scammers💯 Do Not Do Business With Them At All I Don’t Recommend Them To My Worst Enemy…They Took My Initial Project Money $1,000 Via Zelle I’ll Never Do That Again Then Disappeared Immediately Not Answering Calls Texts Or Emails Just Ghosted Me Took My Money And Ran No Refund or Anything To Show For It Till This Day..👀👌🏼💯

Scam:
I was looking for a website building and designing services and found the company FuturByte on Google. They have a website "futurbyte.co". I talked with a man on the phone Christopher Jacob. After staying in contact for a couple days, Christopher sent me a contract to build a website for my business Mila Prado Fitness. I signed the contract and paid the initial fee $1250 via ACH payment on September 19th, 2025. The remaining $1250 fee was due after the project was completed. The company stayed in company for a couple weeks, but never delivered the project or issued me a refund.

FuturByte Took my deposit money and newer deliver the website agreed as per the contract I signed in AUGUST. Multiple attempts were made to find out what was going on and no returned response was made. They are a THIEFS!!!
I strongly suggest to anybody to RUN away from them. Such a bunch of thiefs

Futurbyte delivered my grooming studio website and made the corrections I required, so the final site looks professional. The process, however, was slow -51 days of delays, repeated missteps, and upsells for features that should have been included. Eventually they delivered. Be clear about scope up front and document everything. Expect some pushback on "out of scope" items.

We started off well with the Futurbyte Team. Then we had our Futurbyte contact Sean Walsh leave the company and were left stranded with offsite team to work with. There were delays in responses but the website came together pretty well, almost 90% to what we envisioned it to be.
We are now on the last mile, and Futurbyte team just refuses to respond, until they feel they are ready. This not only causes delay but also makes us unsure of what is happening with our contract to deliver a website.
We signed the contract with the agreement that they are present in-country and available to meet and understand our requirement not just for development, but also for the post production maintenance and support.
With the sudden change of experience in the behaviours and responses, we are a bit concerned of our future with Futurbyte.

Incompetents. I had to pay someone else to fix the website and it is still not fixed. Absolutey bunch of kids who have barely any clue of what they are doing. Very kind and professional but web designing is not their thing. After 8 months for a website that wasn't working, it was a mess and it was slow. I am absolutely shocked on how stupid I have been to trust them. Stay away.

FuturByte offered to pay me $99 for posting a review on Trustpilot, and an additional $30 for each friend I refer who also posts a review on the Trustpilot. If I verify my identity on Trustpilot additional $50. Stay away from these scammers.
