Stuart, my tutor, was very helpful and catered to an accelerated programme, assisting me every step of the way. The whole process was painless and you can tell that they care about their clients.

The process was simple and straight forward and my assessor/tutor was very helpful. All the necessary resources were made available to me.

I completed my Level 5 in Education and Training with these guys and the course was fine. The content was quite difficult initially but my tutor was really supportive and in contact regularly. The feedback on my observations was also really useful. I would recommend Future Step Education.

I chose Future Step Education to complete my Level 3 Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement through recommendation. I was not disappointed! Future Steps guided me through the units of the course through both online learning and tutor support. It was never too much trouble for them to assist where and when required. My tutor, Stuart, came to my place of work to assess me practically, giving amazing detailed feedback and support which I have taken on in my Teaching and Assessing.
