The whole process was excellent, we had the need to sell and then move into an Airbnb for over 2 months and then complete the buying process. The FV team packed up everything over 2 days and then moved it all into storage with out a hitch. On the day of completing they arrived on time and worked very hard to move us in with out a hitch. The team were at all times professional, flexible, friendly and very hard working. I would definitely recommend this company

We are so glad we chose Dawid and his team to move us from Rickmansworth to Durham. Our move was complicated by the distance and the large amount of plants and garden items that we wanted to move.
I was very nervous about the move and I appreciated the way that Jakob took a lot of time to inventory all of our belongings and talk to me about the process and different options for packing and disassembly of the furniture.
Dawid was very helpful on the phone when I was trying to book them, but did not know for sure when the actual moving day would be because our exchange was constantly being delayed. He reserved a day for us and promised to let me know if anyone else tried to book him on the same day until we were confirmed.
Dawid and the team arrived exactly when they said they would and proceeded to pack and put stuff in the truck like dervishes. All the boxes and packing were provided and they packed everything speedily but carefully. They tend to just pack up a whole room into boxes, so if you want all of your items such as books, ceramics or sentimental items packed separately it is best to separate them out from your room contents before the packers arrive.
They worked extremely hard to pack everything on the first day and unpack everything on the second.
The team were friendly, professional and took care to accommodate special requests about valuable or breakable items. Everything we have upacked so far made it up the A1 in one piece.
Three lines of advice:
Don't leave anything that you are planning to take in your own car where the team will find it. They work at such a fast rate to pack and put stuff in the van that I came back to find the shoes I was planning to wear while moving had already gone in the van before I could tell them not to pack them!
Secondly - double check all the cupboards before you leave.
Thirdly - make sure they tell you when they expect to arrive at your new home and reconfirm on the day of the move - we arrived three hours after the van because they set off much earlier than we were expecting to get to Durham on the second day - they had to hang around and wait for us!

Jacob and team from FV Removals were fantastic. Very thorough, he came over checked the items, spoke via the process, and quoted accordingly. It was a competitive process, and there wasnt much between each company from a price perspective, but Jacob and the reviews of FV Removals made us believe it was the right choice. A really friendly team, who showed up on time, work their socks off, and did a fantastic job. Highly highly reccomended.

Fantastic service from the team. They were super efficient, friendly and professional. Nothing was a problem, not even the long wait for the keys, which meant the team had to work overtime and had a really long day. If I ever move again, I will definitely be using FV Removals.
