COMPLETELY Misled me and charged over £500 for being on site 45mins and failing to clear a blocked drain. Don’t believe what they say on the phone about costs, they charge £150 an hour plus £156 for equipment hire (jet wash) and £120 for CCTV.

Arrived quickly and unblocked my drain, was cheaper than i thought it would end up being 👍🏻
Had a blocked drain, they unblocked it great with the high power jet but had drain rods stuck was told over the phone that they can get the rods out and didn’t attempt too and told they need digging out, having to now get my own tool to get them out myself £270 for just a high power jet spray is a rip off would not recommend
Had a blocked toilet. Had an engineer out to see it within same day of the call, very polite gentleman! Fixed fast and affordable!

Can’t recommend this company enough. Had a really bad smelling manhole and couldn’t get out the house to see what the issue was due to mobility issues. A lovely young man came within 4 hours and sorted the problem swiftly.
