- Le support, au lieu de solutionner le problème me demande d'envoyer une vidéo. La vidéo sera tellement grande impossible de l'envoyer. Donc je refais le travail avec des saisies d'écrans. Chaque fois une attente d'une journée. Les réponses qui me parviennent envoyer des saisies d'écrans, un manque de professionnalisme.
- Si le mot de passe est trop court, il faudrait juste changer le mot de passe, et non ça ne fonctionne pas. Je me pose la question comment sécuriser l'argent?
- Double identification ? Des amateurs.
Réfléchissez à 2 reprises si vous voulez perdre du temps et votre argent.

A chaque envoi de mail, une journée plus tard, veuillez nous envoyer une vidéo, saisies d'écran, à nouveau vidéo. Leur transmettre ces informations ne sert à rien, il ne savent pas ouvrir un fichier PDF, lire un fichier Excel, l'envoi d'une vidéo est très lourde. Au lieu de corriger les problèmes une tactique de demander des informations complémentaires.
Je vais retirer l'argent.

Scam..easy to deposit, near impossible to withdraw.
I opened an account in January from someone else's recommendation with $500. I made approximately the same amount in profits using an expert advisor on their MT4 platform. I decided to withdraw my money and move to another broker when the problems started. I was allowed to withdraw my initial investment, but they invented reasons to say my profits were acquired through "illegal" means. I didn't understand what they were talking about. Why didn't they flag the trade as illegal at the time? Anyway, they took more than 60% of my profits and said I could withdraw the rest. However, they then blocked me from their site so that is impossible. I am in the UK and these crooks are in the BVI and not subject to UK investment laws. They know this and this is the reason they will steal the profits from small investors. I should be grateful they allowed me to take my initial investment, however, I think they do this to seem as though they are acting legitimately - they would like to take all your investment also. Also, I should have read Trustpilot first, as they have done this to other people. I don't know how these conmen can sleep at night.

Vol des fonds !

Le support me dis d'envoyer des photos de moi avec mon identité et il valide par mail ! Puis il me demande un nouveau domicile, puis un second et un troisième ! J'ai envoyer ma banque, ma facture d'eau et de téléphone, tous daté de moins de 6 mois comme demandés et il refuse toujours tous sans motifs.
Au final mes fonds sont bloqués sur ce broker frauduleux et le support refuse toutes mes demandes pour garder les fonds.
Surtout Fuyez ! Ce sont des escrocs, c'est une fraude !
J'AI TOUTES LES PREUVES MAIL, ECHANGES, JUSTIFICATIFS ! JE PREND CONTACT AVEC AMF ET REGULATEURS !

This company is Genuine, their customer service is EXCEPTIONAL. I wrote a negative review earlier but I came and changed it because my withdrawal issue was resolved and I received my payout yesterday. They are definitely not a fake company.

I’ve been trying for days to get in…
I’ve been trying for days to get in contact with FXGiants with no success. I can’t access my account anymore after my password was changed, and none of my login details work. I have funds in the account and simply want to withdraw my money.
I’ve chatted with them multiple times and was told that a manager would call me back, but that never happened. No follow-up, no solution, and no clear communication.
Based on my experience, I would not trust this company. If you’re considering using FXGiants, I strongly advise you to double-check everything and be very cautious with your funds

This company does not allow you withdraw your profits. When i tried to withdraw my profits it not allowing me I have sent them several emails and screen shots but they said there will get back to me. I sent more than 20 emails. Until i checked then out and realised it's their usual modus operadi, it was deliberate action by them . There are many victims. Please be wise

Unjust Profit Removal Without Evidence
I had an active trading account with FXGiants (Notesco Ltd, BVI), account number 1090009376.
After several successful trades in gold, the broker suddenly removed my profit of $4,199.10 claiming “external hedging of bonus,” yet they never provided any evidence — no trade IDs, timestamps, or data to support this accusation.
I contacted them multiple times by email, provided my MT4 statements, and asked for proof. Their final reply simply repeated the accusation and declared the decision “final” without explanation.
This is unfair, non-transparent, and unacceptable behavior from a regulated company.
I have now submitted a formal complaint to the BVI Financial Services Commission (FSC) for investigation.
I advise other traders to be cautious and always verify broker credibility before depositing funds.
Date of incident: 05.11.2025
Amount affected: $4,199.10
Update (12.November 2025): FXGiants replied publicly that my case was forwarded to their Complaints Department. I have already provided full documentation and will wait for their follow-up.
Update 25.11.2025– Complaint Submitted to FSC BVI
After FXGiants removed my profit of $4,199.10 without providing evidence, I submitted a formal complaint to the British Virgin Islands Financial Services Commission (FSC).
The FSC has acknowledged my case and requested the official Complaint Form, which I have completed and sent along with all supporting documents (MT4 statements, screenshots, emails, etc.).
I will update this review once the FSC completes their investigation.

Found setting up account complicated and stressy
Giving them a middling-stars review right now. Trying to open an account with them; after opening the account & setting a password, I was unable to access my account for some inexplicable reason. THEN for some reason it was tricky to upload my residency verification documents. You can access your account via a PIN code, but I quickly ran out of the ones they'll let you have and had to wait another hour to be allowed to use this method to access my account. Found their live-chat useless. Don't want to say too much, and can't verify for how they are until I start trading. If they continue to mess me around I will just give up and try another lot! Not a good first experience for a newby I have to say.

I had to contact support few times and they did answer quick but not always with full detail info Sometimes I need to ask again so it take bit more time than I wish Anyway they polite and try help so in general not bad… the only thing they need to improve is to provide more human-like support instead of robotic and ready answers

I opened an account with FXGiaUrgent: Discrepancy in Trade Execution and Request for Account Resolutionnts…
I opened an account with FXGiants (Account No. 10900009936) and faced an issue with a recent trade. I was trading AUDNZD, and my position was closed at a price of 1.1190, even though the market price only reached a maximum of 1.1155, as shown in my trade history. The price did not hit 1.1190, making the execution seem inaccurate and unfair.
I have reached out to their support team multiple times, but the matter has yet to be resolved. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of clarity and transparency. This has caused financial losses and left my account in an unresolved state. I would strongly advise caution when using this broker and hope they address my concerns promptly.
