We contacted Graham and Sibbald, Ayr office, to provide us with a Home Report to enable the sale of our property.

The experience and service was first class.

The Surveyor, Craig, took the time with us to explain the process involved in preparing the report and the information that the report would contain about our property. Extremely quick - Two working days from instruction to a completed and fair report. They sent a draft within 24 hours of surveying the property and that needed a slight factual tweak. That was amended and sent back within the hour. Excellent service.
