We understand that having to request a sign-in link every time can be frustrating. Our system is designed to keep users signed in by default, so you shouldn't need to retrieve a new link each time you use the platform. If this isn't happening on your device, it's likely due to your browser settings. Please check that your browser is set to accept cookies and store login information. If cookies are disabled or automatically cleared, the system won't be able to remember your login.

Thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry to hear you're still experiencing issues with having to repeatedly request sign-in links. I completely understand how inconvenient this must be.
Our program is designed to keep you signed in by default, so this shouldn't be happening. The most common cause of this issue is browser settings that automatically clear cookies or force sign-outs at the end of browsing sessions.
If you haven't already done so, could you please check your browser settings to ensure they're not set to clear cookies when the browser closes, block third-party cookies, or automatically sign you out at the end of sessions? You may also want to try a different browser to see if the issue persists.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear about your dissatisfaction.
We believe you are referring to Gunda's Premium account and would like to clarify that it was not cancelled until November 12th, and there have been no charges to that account since then. Additionally, our program is clearly marked and advertised as a recurring subscription on our purchase page, and instructions on how to cancel the subscription are sent to all clients in their welcome letters.

Thank you for your feedback, though we respectfully disagree with your characterization of our service as "scummy" or "predatory."
We are completely transparent about our auto-renewal policy. This information is clearly displayed on our website before you complete your purchase, and detailed instructions are also provided in the welcome email sent immediately after purchase. Auto-renewal is a standard industry practice for subscription services and is not a hidden cost in our case. We clearly disclose this feature and provide simple instructions on how to cancel it in just two clicks at any time.
You have full control over your subscription. If you only need the service for a few days before your test, you can cancel the auto-renewal immediately after purchase while still keeping access for your paid period. We understand that auto-renewal may not be everyone's preference, but calling it "scummy" or "predatory" is uncalled for when we provide clear disclosure and easy cancellation options. We believe in transparency and giving our customers control over their subscriptions.
