Although we understand your pricing perspective, we'd like to point out that significant time and resources go into developing and maintaining our comprehensive platform, including continuously updating our question database, developing AI technology for detailed explanations, creating interactive features, and providing daily customer support.
We conduct careful market research before setting prices and ensure our pricing structure includes several options, including more affordable short-term plans, to accommodate different budgets and study timelines.
While we understand the test center retake option exists, our goal is to help students pass on their first attempt (as you successfully did!) by providing thorough preparation that often saves time, stress, and money by avoiding multiple test attempts.

Our records show that your 7-day premium membership began on March 5th at 2:24pm (immediately after your purchase) and therefore expired on March 12th at the same time. We strive to be transparent about our subscription periods, which are calculated from the exact time of purchase rather than running through the end of the calendar day on the expiration date.
We apologize for any misunderstanding or inconvenience this may have caused. If you've noticed any messaging on our website or in our notifications that suggested otherwise, we would greatly appreciate if you could forward those examples to hello@g1.ca so we could review and investigate further.

We are sorry to hear that you feel this way. We want to assure you that we base our questions on the latest official manual, as well as feedback from clients who have already passed the exam. It's important to understand that the actual exam questions are not public; they are kept confidential and are randomly generated from a vast question bank. This means there's no way to predict which specific questions each applicant will receive, although our customers often report that most of the questions on the real test are very similar to those they've encountered in our materials.

Nevertheless, all the material you will encounter on your tests is covered in our full Premium tests and is based on the same official manual. However, the wording may differ. Regrettably, we do not see your email associated or a Premium account under this name, and therefore cannot investigate this issue further. We're surprised to hear about your experience, as although we do not provide the exact exam questions (as doing that would be illegal), our content is very closely based on the official manual and client feedback. Our full Premium program is designed to cover all necessary material, with questions created and double-checked by professional content managers. If you have a Premium account and have identified a specific question you believe to be incorrect, we encourage you to use the "mistake report" feature to report it.
