I have been scammed by this company lucky I have gone straight onto my card company and reported it as a con. Not answering emails or phone number not valid please avoid everyone some nasty people out there

I want everyone who has been ripped off to put on a dispute of payment with your credit card company and cause an investigation!!!! I live in Canada and they emailed me asking to remove the dispute I said no!! So everyone please go to your banks phone or email and DISPUTE YOUR TRANSACTION with Gabley!!!!

This is by far the worst company ever to work with!!! Do not buy from them. They lie about try sizes. They are not even close!! Then they want pictures but will jot tell you of what. How the he'll do you picture the shirts being took damn small.

If I could give it no stars I would. Horrible customer service. I got scammed big time. I ordered a sweater, tshirts and never got them. The customer service would not give me the time of day. Do not buy from this company.

Customer service is absolutely horrible, I followed the size chart and yet it was too big. Body is long and big, arms are short and even the quality of the material is bad. I asked to return it because of those issues and they refused and completely denied my dissatisfaction. I will not be buying from here again; it was my fist time buying and my last. Wish I would have read the reviews here before ordering. What a complete rip off that store is. Defined don’t follow through with their own return/exchange policy. They say they want the customers to be satisfied with their purchase… that’s total crap

I wish I'd come to this page before, purchasing. Don't get me wrong the quality is good, the fabric is thick and the prints I can't fault, but the sizing is WAY off, even after reading their size guide.

Hopeless and avoid this Hong Kong-based online shop like the plague. Poor quality merchandise, wrong sizing, lousy customer service (the returns/service email comes up with an error message) so returning anything is impossible from the outset. Why 1 star? I don't think you can do fewer.

I bought 6 t-shirts from Gabely, their sizing is way off... way TOO small... none of what I purchased fits at all. Their customer service is disgusting. Such a waste of money and huge disappointment. Not even worth 1 star.

Ordered a Medium! Fits like an extra small. Even called them and number is always busy. Tried to email them no response! Their slogan states they take returns on size. Don't buy from this company! Learned to always read reviews first!!!

Sizing runs very small and they do not accept returns or exchanges. Their website states, “ Your satisfaction is always what we strive for.” and “ Your return & exchange request can be submitted for the issues on quality, size and color only…” but all that’s just a lie. It’s the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with even for a Hong Kong company.

Ordered large t-shirt, fits like a small - figured maybe try a larger size - I ordered 3XL - ITS EXACT SAME SIZE AS OTHER SHIRT. Just has a 3xl tag.
Unless your a small size, DON'T order from this store. Scam.

I actually would not even give this a 1 one star.. I ordered shirts 2 sizes up like site said, the shirts came and do not fit. I sent picture of what looked like on top of a shirt smaller than what ordered from them, and the shirt I compared with is bigger than what they call a 2x. I have been emailing with them asking for address to send back to get refund, and they will not give me. They keep saying keep the product that I cannot wear and they will give me 15% off my order. Why would I keep products that I cannot wear? Never had a company do what they are doing. Never order from here

GABELY DO NOT HONOUR REFUNDS OR RETURNS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
I ordered T shirts that sadly didn't fit my body shape. When I asked for returns details they asked me to send pictures of me in the items.
After a week of emails and their ridiculous 'copy and paste' responses of picture requests, I sent a pic of the items in their packaging.
Gabely's response:
"We checked the items and it size meet what you selected and purchased."

Don't waste your money on these cowboys!!

I ordered and then cancelled it the next day and asked for a refund...It has been months and still no refund.Everytime I email this company asking what is going on they just reply with the financial bank is processing.Not good enough Gabley looks like I'll have to take this further!

Ordered 4 shirts. None fit. They are very cheap. A large tshirt fits like a small. They will not return.
