Horrible Customer Service
I have used GadgetFix for parts for years at this point, dating back to 2017. Never had a major issue (damaged parts, etc.) until now. I placed an order for bulk tempered glass screen protectors for new models of iPhones. I ordered (4) ten count boxes of iPhone 15 protectors and (4) ten count boxes of iPhone 15 Pro protectors. On their website those are listed as 2 different items, with 2 different item numbers. When I received my order, I got 8 boxes of iPhone 15 screens. When I questioned this I was told they are the same screen protector and compatible with both models. I replied "Yes, I understand that they are the same part, but you advertise them as being packaged separately, which is what I wanted to avoid confusion for my customers that come in looking for a screen protector for a specific model of iPhone." I was basically told no, there is no difference in parts, and they cannot do the labor to create separate skus, despite having exactly that on the website. When I brought this to their attention, they still refused to make the purchase right. When I asked for a return shipping label to send the product I didn't want, they sent it to me, then told me they had deleted my account. I am not even able to log in to see previous purchases I have made. My account is gone. If this company is willing to throw away a good customer account over a disagreement about $30 worth of screen protectors, how do you think they are going to treat you?
