Appears to be an excellent company but a little stingy but a quick result

Great experience start to finish and rare to find a truly honest company these days! Not being tech savvy i input my item incorrectly after being told by another company it wasn't the product I thought it was. After receiving the item Gadget GoGo emailed me immediately to say the item was not what I had told them and was in fact worth a much higher value. They provided a new quote and gave the option to accept or decline, after accepting the funds were in my account within 24 hours! I couldn't recommend this company more!

Everything went smoothly and I received the original estimate. The only issue was the lack of communication apart from the initial order confirmation, but all went well in the end.

Sent my xbox one s in and still haven't got my money even though its says pay customers within 48 hours

Terrible, offered me 12 26 quid for an apple i watch 6 series! I didn't agree so wanted to charge me £12 quid for them to return it.. what a joke of a company. RIP OFF AVOID!

Easy to complete, quick service, and the fact they plant trees for every gadget traded in is a fantastic touch! Definitely recommend

My wife has just left a review for this company as we sent an Apple Watch for them to buy . The money went down by £100 and then they charged £12.50 to get it back . After many emails and phone calls with no response We still havent received it back . Immediately after posting a review earlier my wife received a response stating that they had emailed several times and the item had been marked at delivered . What an absolute load of rubbish , definitely no emails and definitely watch has been returned . We haven’t received contacted trading standards

There was a problem with my bank account. However, I informed Gadget Go Go and they quickly resolved the problem.

Sent in an Apple Watch , they downgraded it , I asked for it to be returned and had to pay £12.50 for postage and admin costs . Still haven’t received my item back , I’ve rang , messaged and emailed several times and have had no response . I’ve now contacted trading standards.

EDITED! They tried to flag my review and have it removed for defamation. Nice try! Trust pilot knows whats up. Stay away from these scammers. Its time people stood up to these types of bussiness.

I wish id of read the reviews before dealing with this company. I sent them a virtually brand new apple watch that had been out the box a week then put straight back in the box and put away. They offered me a price for good condition. I then received an email today to say they were offering me a lower price nearly 40 pounds less because the watch was scratched. They sent me a pic wich was 100 percent not my watch screen. The watch was thorougly checked for scratches before posting. This company clearly lure you in on a high buy promise then send you a lower offer in the hopes people will accept to save the hassle of paying for return postage. They are scammers and i will contacting trading standards! Once i confronted them they now wont keep the watch and are sending it back to me free of charge🤣. Companys like this are whats wrong with the world absoloutley disgusting! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I sent my Apple Watch to Gadget GoGo, and it was collected on 10/06/25, confirmed via tracking. Unfortunately, I forgot to include my order number, but I emailed them three times and messaged them on Instagram to explain the situation — no response.

I’ve also tried calling multiple times and waited on hold for several minutes, but still no answer or voicemail option.

I’m now extremely concerned, as I’ve had no acknowledgment of them receiving my order, and they currently have my device with no communication whatsoever. I am hoping this might prompt some communication as i just want to know what the next steps are and to help them figure out which device is mine. My device has been delivered and was done so on 12/06/25. IM hoping this will reach them as looking at the reviews I want to make my own judgement but the reviews are quite scary with no response times, no payment or really reduced payments.

UPDATE
They got back to me, reduced my payment down to £34 originally being £53. Sent proof of why it was being reduced. Seemed a lot more scratched in the photo but none the less they have replied and I have accepted there offer. I’ll be back with a review on how long the payment takes to process.

ANOTHER UPDATE
Paid out already - Delivered on 12/06/25 and paid a day later. I admit the communication could be a little better. The phone is useless as it does just ring. I wouldn’t say they are scam but I’d say don’t get your hopes up with the price because chances are it’s not the standard you think it is. About a £20 reduction but they still pay and did still email me less than 48 hours after my delivery. Perhaps they could put something in place to tell customers their product has been delivered and it under review. Everyone’s experience is different and yeah I’d probably use this service again. Thanks guys and hope this helps some people

I gave them a ps4 which was working before i sent it to them and they gave me £7 just for ps4 felt like scam

Absolute con artists avoid at all costs
Sent in my ps5 mint condition didn’t have it 6 months no marks or scratch’s so listed it as so
Got an email back saying they have downgraded the condition of my device due to scuffs and marks wich there were none and downgraded it because of a small amount of dust in. The fan area
In my opinion they downgrad the condition of your device because they know most people will accept because they already have you device and it would be a bother to wait for it to get sent back and sell it

Not happy at all.
The console was in excellent condition when it was collected and someone how ended up with scratches!!! Never believe what they offer you… price reduced dramatically . I wouldn’t bother using these cowboys.
