I wish i would have read reviews before ordering. Place order 3+ weeks ago. I have received no response when requesting status, via chat bot, contact form. Yet they have a banner going across the screen about 24/7 customer service. Also noticed on my credit charge that charge went to London, GBR. Hopefully i can work with Amexp to get $ money refunded.

Scam do not use this site. They do not even give you a tracking number.

I bought two items from the website that never got shipped. I received a tracking option but every time I checked it said no shipping information. I tried contacting them multiple times with no response. I waited for my items for two months. Had to contact my bank and they’re investigating at the moment and hopefully I can get my money back. It’s literally a scam I don’t know how the website is still running after all these months.

Scam! Placed an order on 4 December. Still have not received what I ordered and nobody responds to my emails requesting status or refund.

They dont ship your order or respond to inquiries. They just collect your money. It'll catch up to them.

Please do not use Gadsell. I did not receive my order and didn't even receive a response from Gadsell regarding my item or a refund. This is unacceptable. I am usually careful but this fraudulent company managed to scam me.

I put my order on November, there is no tracking number no customer service no response on my emails, i sent several emails and no response and they won’t, today when I checked with my order number it says no order found
They stole the money

I ordered on their website and I don't have any tracking number, and the customers service don't answer. They just steal money. Hopefully it was not very much money but it feels very bad. DON'T BUY ON THIS WEBSITE.

I made an order on November 28th and wrote to customer service two weeks later after receiving no shipping or tracking information. Since then, I have contacted customer services repeatedly and received no response or acknowledgment of my inquiry. I very much doubt the legitimacy of this company at this point and intend to file a complaint.

I have ordered an item (Cervical Neck traction device) since 07.October and I haven’t got the item.
I wrote several e-mails, but they don’t answered, and I think they will never. They have literally stolen my money!
Please avoid to buy from that website!!

No product received and zero communication from Gadsell. Product purchased 10/21 and still not shipped. I emailed their info email address on 10/29 to check status, and zero reply still today. I believe they must be a scam!

Not sure how, but the system got my old address and new address merged. I contacted customer service and after about 15 mins (they say they reply immediately, but don't) they responded and were very helpful. They updated my details so I will receive my order
