We recently purchased a large 16 bed HMO with the intention of converting it into 9 apartments.
Via a recommendation, we approached Gallacom to take over the management of the building from day of purchase, through to the final tenant leaving.
Although, the process took the better part of a year and required a lot of management, Ryan and his team were invaluable and delivered an excellent service. I would not hesitate to use, or recommend them to friends and colleagues.

Gallacom took over the management of my property 3 months ago.

In that time, my multiple requests for help have been replied with: "I'll look into this". I now suspect these requests were purposely delayed so that they could increase the rent.

Now 3 months in, they want to charge us more. Despite this rental being covered in mould, has holes in the internal ceilings, cracks in the house foundation, and repairs have taken over 6 months to be completed.
