Promised a thorough consultation on a message prior to first appointment, I thought Botox in my right masseter was what I needed, so she just put it into my right masseter without even feeling both masseter, turns out the left one was the tight one. In the next appointment I suggested filler in the left side as I thought it would help the asymmetry that I now know was being caused by the tight left masseter, she put it far too high causing a rounded appearance on that side, then it took 5 days for her to respond after me trying to call and messaging saying that I would like to get it dissolved, finally they only called me back after I booked online with payment straight away to cancel and reschedule the appointment and they took ages to give me my money back, finally got the Botox in left masseter and definitely never going back after being charged a stupid amount of money for stuff that i didnt need and I would have known that with a thorough consultation i was promised.

Been seeing Michelle for a couple of years now and my skin has never looked better thanks to her educating me on a very simple skin care routine. I’ve been having Botox and prof hilo, both of which I’m very happy with. The results are very natural - most people aren’t even aware I’ve had anything done! Would definitely recommend 😍

Michelle is brilliant. She’s done my Botox for a few years and also lip filler and people are always surprised when I say I’ve had anything done as they look so natural. She has also always made me feel comfortable and relaxed while doing the treatments. Thank you Michelle!

Michelle is wonderful, I have been going to her for a few years now for Botox and also lip filler and am always so happy with the very natural results and comfortable experience. I had never had any aesthetic treatments before going to her and she answered all my questions, is very knowledgeable and made me feel at ease. The location is also gorgeous and very peaceful.
