Hands down the worst customer service we’ve received in years!!!

Short version - we placed two separate orders - one with a few items (sweatshirt, 2 oversized t shirts) and one with only a pair of shorts. THEY - in their first failure - gave the same tracking number to BOTH orders. We only realized this after informing them that we never got the larger order.

They insisted it was delivered. Referenced the tracking number which also had a photo of a VERY SMALL package on our porch. When we pointed out that the photo was the shorts and could not possibly contain a sweatshirt and also pointed out THEIR tracking error, we heard nothing back.

Crickets.

We followed up again. Nothing. When we finally contacted our back to reverse the charge we received an email threat.

A THREAT!! To a customer who is genuinely trying to purchase your product.

AND - equally absurd - they tell us that we have to take it up with the shipping company THEY chose to use.

Absolutely dumbfounding.

But this is clearly WHO THEY ARE.

DO. NOT. DO. BUSINESS. WITH. THEM.

You have been warned.

shipping takes a while but product is very high quality especially for its price,make sure you buy from correct website and you will not get scammed.

Ho trovato, tramite Uffici Antiriciclaggio, i nomi, i cognomi ed i documenti di identità usati per registrare nel Paese dei Caraibi – St. Vincent and Grenadine, l’Impresa ITM Solution ltd ed Econdary Trading, che ha truffato molte vittime di GALORE e LUCRUM. I titolari sono due persone di cittadinanza UE, che ho denunciato alla Procura della Repubblica di Firenze. Adesso scopriró anche gli altri titolari delle piattaforme di trading create. Denunciate tutte le truffe e segnalate alla Procura di Firenze.

Je veux vous partager mon très mauvaise expérience avec ⚠️ GALORA BRAND ⚠️. J'ai commandé une veste à 49,99 € via une publicité sur Facebook, qui ne mentionnait à aucun moment que le produit venait de Chine. À la réception, non seulement la veste est de qualité médiocre 🤢🤮, mais j'ai aussi dû payer 25,19 € de frais de douane supplémentaires 💸💶💸💶💸

Quand j'ai contacté le service client pour obtenir un retour et remboursement et légitime, non seulement ils ont refusé de rembourser les frais de douane, mais ils ne veulent pas non plus couvrir les frais de retour, me laissant avec un produit inutilisable et des frais imprévus.

Leur service client est inflexible et refuse de reconnaître leur responsabilité dans cette situation 😡😡😡 Si vous envisagez d'acheter chez eux, fuyez : produits de mauvaise qualité, frais cachés, et aucune aide de leur part.

Arnaque !!
La commande paiement fait à la commande, argent chez eux .
Ils réclament 25 euros de frais de douane et ne répondent à aucun mail !!
Qqn peut il me dire quel recours contre ces pratiques honteuses !!
Nous sommes nombreux dans ce cas

Arnaque : Chaussures viennent de Chine. Droit de douane à payer (25.95 €) avant de recevoir son colis.
Commande passée le 16 juillet et toujours pas livrée.

J'ai l'impression que arnaque aussi, j'ai commandé et j'ai vu que ça venait de chine.
Plus que ça maintenant des arnaques. Avec aussi un site de baskets Sun qui n'a rien à voir avec le vrai et pas de contact possible, pas en français 😡

Na een maand mijn bestelling nog steeds niet ontvangen, de order is niet te vinden.
Wel 6 euro aan post nl moeten betalen voor inklaringskosten omdat het uit het buitenland komt.ik heb het idee dat het oplichterij is.Dus niet kopen hier!!!

Bestelling niet compleet. Sieraden zijn troep, incompleet. Zou zilver moeten zijn, maar is het zeker niet. Weggegooid geld. Niets daar kopen.

Started with USD250, given new trader soon after who was excellent so added USD5K. Trader continued to be excellent until I questioned an illogical trade. He disappeared without notice then I received a succession of 3 more traders who were not good and each disappeared in days or a week. #5 assigned, was not good nor responsive, then she disappeared. My account was USD14K. No activity for 9 days and no replies where my trader is. When I checked on Day 9, I was already losing USD12K. Someone without consultation, had put (an intentionally?) bad trade of sell which should have been buy. Within a few hours, Galore closed my account to zero and would do nothing about the rogue trade. My bad luck or just a novice getting fleeced? Beware!

I hope every person moving into Forex/investments reads the terms and condition before signing up properly. my account was closed because they claimed i was not in a region i can trade or use the platform. i came on here some days ago and i knew it was just a scam after weeks of not having access to my money. thank god for the review that pointed me to the right way by recommending Mift.Xyz. that came in for me eventually.

When I started trading i was making profits for a while. Then i top up again £20000. Then they told me i have to bring my account to 50000 or they will close it down. So I top up. I managed to trade and gain $21426 dollars. When I wanted to Withdraw my money I was told to pay tax 10% of 21426 which i paid £15800 but they still managed to close my account. Litclaim Litigation secured my refund, easy find through searc h don't put money with Galore pro

Do not(!) use this company. I have lost all my money. Than they change your responsible broker to convince you to re-invest into big, big, winning chances.

Don't trust them. This their method to collect money.

Its a scam!!! You wont be able to withdraw any cents after you make a deposit. The company is in St. Vincent which is a scam paradise!!! Do not trust them!!!

Galore pro for me has been an amazing experience, am new to trading and was and am very careful with my money. with their web trader and pointers from my account manager I think I will figure this out without too many losses. 2 months in and going strong. opened a standard account but they gave me everything that a premium account normally gets. in short till now and I hope this continues I would recommend this broker to everyone
