Good product, clean interface, sportsbook is actually solid. I love it!
But the team? Weird experience. Support replies fast, but it is always the same “we received your request, we will review it” message, then nothing. I had multiple questions sitting unanswered for days.
Had to go on LinkedIn to find someone from the company just to get a response. Even then, things still felt off.
I get that I am a low tier VIP, but that should not mean no real support. Also got reset from VIP, fair enough, but after grinding back up they denied my level up bonus. How is that fair? I have no idea.
Honestly I wish everything was automated. Rewards, bonuses, reporting issues. If I did not have to chase people and could just get things handled automatically, the experience would be much better.
Overall as I said product is good.. But support and decision making? Maybe they don't have enough people for everything, I'm not sure, But this all needs serious work.
