Ho acquistato un poncho in alpaca su Amazon. Non c'è l' etichetta Pura Lana Vergine e al tatto sembra sintetico. Ho fatto la classica prova del fiammifero su un filo: si arriccia e indurisce come un filo sintetico. La lana di alpaca quando brucia odora di bruciato e forma una cenere scura e sottile

La atención es sinceramente, frustrante. En lugar de ayudarte, parece que te complican más las cosas. La comunicación es prácticamente inexistente cuando más la necesitás, y las respuestas, no llegan26.
Lo peor de todo es la sensación de haber sido ignorado completamente después de confiar en ellos. No recomiendo este lugar en absoluto. Hay muchas mejores opciones donde sí valoran a los clientes y cumplen con lo que prometen.

Como le explicamos en nuestros correos electrónicos nuestra compañía no realiza los cobros de aduanas, estas tarifas están reguladas por las autoridades de su país. Debido a que rechazó el pago de impuestos el paquete fue abandonado en aduanas y posteriormente destruido.

Absolutely Terrible Quality Hats
Absolutely terrible quality hats. Was sent wrong size, hat is deformed, obvious repairs made to hat which look awful, and the wide brim was simply a fedora with different colored straw added which looks terrible. This is a $10 hat sold on the beach, not a $150 hat. Company claims high quality. YIKES!
"This Panama Chemise (Gambler) is a top quality, casual and elegant hat. Each hat is individually blocked and trimmed to meet the highest quality standards"
Right. Keep telling people this and eventually someone will believe it like me...the loco Americano.
Contacted the company and they don't care at all.
Photos sent to company. No effort to correct situation. DO NOT trust this company. It's a scam. I'm now in contact with Modesto Hats who seems to be legit.
Buyer beware...don't be their next fool. And their contact phone number... yeah....good luck with that. They won't answer the phone because they know they're scammers.
1st Update: I chatted with online customer service and told them that I'd be leaving a review. Their response? I kid you not, they said, "Great, make sure to send us the link!"
I have to give them some respect because that takes some serious Ecuadorian gangster cajones.
2nd Update: This company is not only dishonest, but they're also retaliatory. How did they even know my full name unless they had my Amazon order number. These people are criminals.
I can only assume at this point that Gumball Fashion is attempting to sell their fake "high quality" hats to unsuspecting customers on Amazon because the truth about their unethical business practices is hurting their online reputation.
Notice in their word salad response below that they also take ZERO responsibility to correct the situation and simply hope that their extremely low quality Panama wannabe is returned and recycled to someone else.
If this review doesn't discourage you from trusting Gumball Fashion, then you may be looking for trouble.
USA Customers: Don't put up with this scammer behavior. Boycott this company and bring back the level of service and quality that deserves our hard-earned money.
There are a plethora of other companies that make quality Panama Hats. Use YouTube and ChatGPT to look for alternatives to Gumball Fashion. Hope this helps.

Terrible
Terrible. I paid $200 for a Panama hat.It fell to pieces in 2 weeks of wear. Their customer services refuses to respond. Stay away from this company. Their products are of low quality and they will not assist you if there is a problem.
I received the below response from Gamboa. It is inaccurate. There was no mishandling of the hat. The hat shrank by more than 3 sizes, I’m a 56, and purchased a 58. That is not from mishandling. Because the width shrank, the crown expanded, creating a comically tall hat.
Further, without speaking to me, how would you know I mishandled the hat? That is a shocking allegation for a company to make against a customer.
They hat was on my hat for 2 weeks in Colombia, shrank dramatically, and the straw came apart. And yet they claim the hat was mishandled without any information.
The hat arrived with it defect. It was thr quality of the hat that is thr problem. That would not be known until worn.
Truly this is a miserable company. They sell low quality products that they market as high quality. I’ve had the opportunity to speak with a Panama hat expert in Australia and he explained this is a common problem with low quality hats.

Our team has reviewed the pictures you provided yesterday, we can see the fibers were damaged to due mishandling of the hat. As you mentioned in your email the hat arrived to your in perfect condition and it began to fall apart after you wore it for 3 weeks in Colombia. This is not related to the quality of the product but to the mistreatment that the hat received.

Nada funciona, para empezar tardan mas de un mes en sus envio, despues pretenden cobros de impuestos del 50% del valor del sombrero, se hacen tontos y no te hacen la devolucion del dinero que ya pagaste, es una empresa chafa, antes era Gamboa Hat y funcionaba muy bien, ahora es una basura de emmpresa, evintense un mal rato y no compren

Esperando un mes por el pedido o el rembolso
Llevo esperando casi un mes por el envío de un gorro que no ha llegado, o el rembolso del importe del mismo. No sé si esta empresa se dedica a tomarle el pelo a la gente, pero en principio no da mucha fiabilidad.

Mangelhafter umgang mit Ware
Der von mir bestellte Panamahut wurde ohne weitere Schutzverpackung in einem Pappkarton verschickt. Die Verpackung war außerdem ein paar Zentimeter zu schmal. Die Hutkrempe war daher rundherum leicht nach oben gebogen, und an einer Stelle war ein Knick in der Krempe. Rücknahme wurde mir verwehrt. Ich kann diesen Hut nicht tragen und werde niemals wieder bei diesem Shop bestellen.
