I made an order in the EU Bethesda store which is run by game legends, and the courier seems to have lost the parcel, possibly due to the Brexit/Covid hassle at the moment. The representative from Game Legends, Annika, was superb kept me up to date, and checked back in with me to let me know what was going on, and then when it failed to materialise after an agreed period of time, she send me out replacement goods which arrived quickly. Throughout she was polite, helpful, and prompt with all actions. It is easy to leave a good review when things go right, but I still have nothing bad to say when things went wrong, so that speaks volumes.

Super Preise, Donnerstag bestellt, Lieferung am Mittwoch darauf. Gerne wieder.

Es gab keinerlei Probleme beim Kauf. Die Lieferung hat sich leider etwas verzögert aber dafür kann der Shop ja nichts.

Das Paket kam recht schnell nach Hause geliefert und der Inhalt ist für den Preis super! Ich habe für ca. 35 Euro (mit Versand drinnen) die "Epic" Box bestellt und darin befand sich unter Anderem: Zwei T-Shirts (CS:GO/Call of Duty), Eine Tasse (Fairy Tail), vier Untersetzer (Call of Duty), ein kleines Plush (Horizon Zero Dawn), eine Mütze (Hitman), ein Mousepad (auch Call of Duty), eine Fallout Lootbox und eine Menge anderer Kleinigkeiten (Bioshock Infinite, Hearthstone). Man sieht es ist wirklich eine Menge und auch brauchbar ^^

Einfach nur alles super.

I ordered some monster hunter merchandise from the capcom store Game Legends manages. I made a mistake, forgetting it was now 2021 and, thinking that the entire order would be shipped in over a year, got in contact with the customer support. An employee by the name of Lydia got back to me very quickly and helped me out repeatedly, as I realized my mistake, being very polite all the while. One of the best experiences with customer support I've had. 10/10

J'ai été assez confus par les avis plutôt mitigés de ce site, j'ai donc opté pour un paiement Paypal pour être sûr d'être remboursé en cas de souci. Eh bien je n'ai rien à signaler ! J'ai acheté une figurine très difficile à trouver à un prix correct de nos jours (Gordon Freeman Neca) et elle a été envoyée très rapidement et emballée très convenablement. Elle est neuve et en état parfait. Je suis très content d'avoir enfin trouvé cette figurine à un prix proche de son prix de sortie et le service de Game Legends a été impeccable. Le seul bémol a été le service, très long et médiocre, de DHL mais ça, ce n'est pas la faute du vendeur.

I ordered from Bethesda's EU Store and I wish I saw more clear reviews warning me. Their dealings are through Game Legends and, in a nutshell, here's exactly what's wrong with them:

- They charged me extra during checkout because of a conversion rate error THEY WERE AWARE OF, but only refunded me because I noticed and emailed them about it.

- The hoodie I ordered was way too small. The sizes on the website lie and the sizes on the back of the hoodie's packaging weren't the ones stated on the website, either. I compared the sizes to other hoodie sizes online that I already own and fit: there should be no sizing error.

- I paid out of my own pocket for tracked and signed packaging to return the item. I wouldn't risk getting it lost and going through more headache. They state they only return how much they paid for shipping to you - any additional cost is on the buyer. But because they're a company, they get cheaper shipping rates, which basically makes it impossible for you, the average consumer, to send something back and not be short a few pounds/dollars/euros.

I'm out of money and with no hoodie. AVOID LIKE CORONA.
