Brilliant customer service!

I reached out to GQ when my order shipping got stuck with a notice of damage to the package with the shipping company. I got the most professional, attentive and friendly service at the GQ customer service by Debbie. The issue was sorted out promptly, and a new package arrived in week properly packaged and in perfect shape which is rare these days. Customer service followed through the whole process to make sure everything went smooth.

Fantastic service!

Chrissie was communicative and helpful and resolved my issue, facilitating a redelivery from the publisher where the delivery company were unwilling to help with a lost parcel. Thank you so much for all your help, great customer service!

Had a problem with order not arriving…

Had a problem with order not arriving from Evri. Eventually arrived after 2ish weeks. GamesQuest and Debbie were a great help and helped sort the order for me with great communication and feedback.

Fantastic service

Fantastic service, had an issue with Evri getting parcel to me, but they sent another out ASAP with a different courier who delivered. Always very quick responses and helpful at every turn.

I had an issue with my parcel delivery…

I had an issue with my parcel delivery but Chrissie at GamesQuest was very quick to respond and helped me to resolve it with Evri. My only complaint was using Evri at all, because they're such an awful courier, but at least the issue was resolved.

Abandoned by customer support, still waiting 5 months later

I backed the Cosmere RPG on Kickstarter which is being fulfilled through GamesQuest in the UK. They sent the package using Evri instead of using a signed service like DPD or Royal Mail. When the package didn't arrive I contacted Evri customer support who after an investigation said that they were unable to help me. I then raised a ticket with GamesQuest customer support and got an email telling me they would respond in 4 days. I reached out to the publisher directly, who got back to me the next day and advised I wait for a response from GamesQuest. I called the helpline a couple of days after raising the ticket to get an update and they told me that they would raise a claim with the courier and would contact the publishers and update me on the next steps. It's been 6 days since then and I haven't been updated on anything.

I'm worried not only about this current missing delivery but also about the next one (as the RPG is meant to be in multiple stages, one package delivered this year and one next year). If I have any additional issues I can't rely on GamesQuest to do anything to help.

Update (20/10/2025): The ticket has now been closed after I've been told they have no timeline on a replacement.

Update (11/12/2025): I have not received any update and the ticket remains closed

Update (01/03/2026): Still waiting for a replacement to be shipped, Chrissie was the agent who was handling the initial ticket. If you have an alternative service please avoid this company.

Update (01/04/2026): I have received a replacement package shipped via UPS, unfortunately some of the contents are damaged. Replacements have been sent via Evri and as you may have guessed, they have gone missing in the system again.

Feeling extremely let down by…

Feeling extremely let down by GamesQuest and their poor customer service.

I have been eagerly awaiting the Cosmere RPG but have been left with a bitter taste due to the poor service from GamesQuest.

Firstly they have used Evri for a high value (over £300) and eagerly awaited delivery, which is the first red flag.

Then when Evri lost the parcel my experience of GamesQuest customer service has been awful. Firstly I emailed them via the email address on the website, to which I received an autoresponder saying that they don't respond to emails sent to the address on their website and to use a different one.

I then raised a ticket via the help desk, to which I received an autoresponder saying that they are taking up to 4 days to reply. This is not acceptable, 24 hours is the maximum reasonable time for a response to a support ticket.

I am still awaiting an initial response (4 days later) and as it is the weekend that means I will have to wait another 2 days for an initial response, let alone a resolution. This is far beyond a reasonable wait time for a problem to be resolved. Even Evri (known for bad customer service) have responded to my initial enquiry, conducted an internal investigation, and acknowledged that they have lost the parcel, before GamesQuest have even sent an initial reply.

Whilst Brotherwise (the publisher) responded within an hour - unfortunately their response was that GamesQuest are responsible for resolving the matter, and may not have the stock to replace lost items, meaning potentially waiting weeks or months for my order to be replaced.

I am still left without my items over a week after they were dispatched, with no response from GamesQuest customer service, and a potential long wait for resolution. This leaves me not wanting to support any projects using GamesQuest for fulfilment and advising friends to avoid as well.

Perhaps GamesQuest can turn this around and this can go from a poor review to a good one..

Great Support!

Had some issues with the some items damaged during shipping. GameQuest was able to get replacements to me super quick and painless. Top notch support! Debbie is the best!

I can’t speak for others, but have to say the speed and quality of customer service I experienced was much better than I’ve had with some of GamesQuest’s nearest competitors

I reached out as I had received an order missing some components. Molly from customer service was patient, helpful and responsive, and worked to ensure I got my missing item as soon as possible. Much appreciated :)

Support ticket ignored for weeks!

Awaiting a kickstarter game, first of they use Evri so there going to have lots of lost packages.

I recieved my tracking nunber over a month ago, 2 weeks later it said it had been delivered when it had not and the evri tracking told me the postcode was wrong. It wasnt i checked on the game quest email. (I had also had a wrong package deliverd with an address lable on for me all crumpled that i think peeled of this package and got restuck to the incorrect one) Sent in a ticket. I heard nothing.
About a week + after that i had an email from game quest saying evri returned the package and they wanted to check the address and get it sent out.

I confirmed the address within minutes, it auto created a ticket assigned me to a custoner serivices member Rhiannon Mathews and now it has been nearly 2 more weeks and i have heard nothing!!!

I put names above in the hope someone sees this and can tell them to get on with it.

Apsolutly shocking service!

I am sorry to hear about your experience with Evri, just to be fully transparent with you we use a number of couriers as this is selected by the publisher. I do however apologise that you have not had a reply from us following your communication with the customer service team, this is far from the service we aim to provide. Ticket support does not respond

Received Tracking a month ago. My shipment is either not moving or lost. I created a ticket 2 weeks ago, so they would give me an update or tell me what the issue is. No reply so far.

Super unprofessional.

Also, they write that they will shelf your ticket even more if you try to get an update via the chat function within the same ticket. Super shitty attitude.

Avoid!

Fake tracking numbers??

Received tracking info almost a mont ago. Tracking numbers doesnt work because it does not exist. Started a ticket regarding this 10 days ago but no replies even though they state its 6 days response time. By reading other reviews here I understand Im not the only one. Perhaps this company has outgrown itself?? And perhaps gamefound should encourage other companies to replace them focusing more on reliable customer service. After all I think they should focus more (or on) efficient transportation and honest information in due time topped off by some reliable customer service.

High quality products

High quality products, and very good customer service. Had issues after giving them a wrong delivery address, but they paitently helped me resolve it.
