Gaming Goods zeigt ein völliges Missachten der DSGVO. Ich habe 33 separate DSGVO Datenanfragen gestellt, wie von der Firma selbst verlangt nur 13–15 Accounts wurden verspätet beantwortet, der Rest (ca. 18–20 Accounts) wurde gar nicht geliefert. Die gelieferten Daten decken nur 5–10 % dessen ab, was gesetzlich gefordert ist.

Ein interner Administrator, „Maxim“, ermächtigte mich privat, Aufgaben mehrfach zu testen und mit mehreren Accounts zu arbeiten. Später wurde genau das gegen mich verwendet, während er alle Beweise nachträglich gelöscht hat. Gleichzeitig weigert sich das Unternehmen, nachvollziehbare Belege für angebliche Chargebacks oder Sperrungen vorzulegen.

Der Support verweigert jetzt komplett jede Hilfe, obwohl gesetzlich weiterhin eine vollständige DSGVO Auskunftspflicht besteht. Das Unternehmen blockiert Kundenrechte, verschleiert Daten und versucht, Verstöße zu vertuschen.

Ich habe diese systematischen Verstöße bereits den Datenschutzbehörden in Zypern, Deutschland und der EU gemeldet. Dieses Verhalten ist inakzeptabel, illegal und absolut unprofessionell. Jeder, der sich auf Gaming Goods verlässt, setzt sein Geld und seine Daten einem hohen Risiko aus.

Finger weg dieses Unternehmen handelt bewusst rechtswidrig und manipulativ.

Ich rate jedem ab, Gaming Goods zu benutzen. Am Anfang klingt alles super Punkte sammeln beim Spielen und angeblich Geld oder Gutscheine bekommen. Aber sobald man wirklich auszahlen möchte, fangen die Probleme an. Die Punkte verschwinden plötzlich, der Support reagiert entweder gar nicht oder nur mit Standardantworten, die einem überhaupt nicht weiterhelfen. Nach Wochen hin und her habe ich bis heute keine Auszahlung gesehen. Für mich wirkt das Ganze wie ein reiner Scam, der nur Zeit verschwendet. Finger weg!

Ощущение от использования платформы крайне негативное. Сервис производит впечатление недоработанного, технически сыро реализованного продукта — если вообще можно назвать это продуктом. Интерфейс неинтуитивный, множество кнопок попросту не работает, авторизация через Gmail невозможна, базовые функции отсутствуют или сломаны. Документация недоступна — ссылки ведут на Google Диск с закрытым доступом, что в деловой среде недопустимо.

Особенно настораживает полное отсутствие пользовательской активности: нет ни продавцов, ни покупателей, ни признаков реальной транзакционной жизни. Всё это создаёт ощущение, что сервис либо брошен, либо используется не по назначению — возможен вариант, что площадка используется в целях отмывания средств под видом p2p-торговли.

Продуктовая часть откровенно слабая: видно, что интерфейс и механики скопированы с других более известных проектов, без какого-либо собственного осмысления. Никакой уникальной ценности или удобства для конечного пользователя нет — один лишь хаос, запутанная логика и ощущение полной несостоятельности проекта.

Вывод: не рекомендую. Ни с точки зрения доверия, ни с точки зрения пользовательского опыта, платформа не выдерживает никакой критики.
