I purchased a GAN Speed Cube Lube set and unfortunately one of the three lubricants arrived with a defective opening mechanism and couldn’t be used.

I contacted customer support, explained the issue and provided a video as requested. Even though the request was made outside the standard replacement period, they still took the time to review my case and offered me a gift card as a goodwill gesture.

I really appreciated their polite communication and willingness to find a reasonable solution. Overall, a positive experience and good customer service.

Gancube is awesome!!! The CubeStation also designs it. I own the GAN 12 UI and give it 100000000000/10 I highly recommend the GAN 16 MAX MAGLEV!

We have bought so many products from Gan and now we have a faulty one they do not return emails. Its a disgrace how they take money but ignore you when you have a faulty item. Since review they reply but do it deal with the issue.

Been 3 weeks since I have ordered the product. Estimated time as per the track order status has also crossed multiple times. There is no clear update on why the delivery is delayed. Please improve your order delivery speed and periodic status updates

Gan is always my fav brand. The material is nice and the price is reasonable.

The quality of cube is very good & it was delivered on time
