I paid for a shed on bank card and…
I paid for a shed on bank card and changed my mind. So emailed the company stating that 6 week lead time for the shed was to long. Can you put money back on the card. Email reply on the 18th March money as left the account please allow 7 to 10 days for funds to show on my account. After numerous emails chasing funds. I spoke to my bank on 10th day and they said the company paid it on the 27th March, 7 days later which makes 3 days for payment. Why hold on to customers money and lied they paid it 7 days prior.

Utterly dire experience with this company, I would suggest avoiding at all costs. I saw previous reviews and thought I would give them a shot nonetheless. But that was a mistake. In ordered a bin store over 5-weeks ago, I chased on weekly basis and they said it would arrive “this week” on multiple occasions. Then they stopped responding to my emails, so I raised a section 75 to get a refund through my bank - I’m not waiting 5-week for that!!
I ordered a 8ft x 10ft shed
I ordered a 8ft x 10ft shed, 2 boxes arrived in 5 days so great. Start building the shed and all great but got to the roof and there isn’t one.
I emailed and had no reply. I called and spoke to them, they said it’s regular because the distributors use different vans for 1 and 2 man lifts, therefore I’m a box short. It’s a week now and I’ve still not received the roof and to make it worse they have stopped answering calls!
Avoid this company like the plague unless you want a half built shed!!

Bad after sales support
Everything was great initially. Good communication throughout. Arrived on time. Driver was great, helped me take the two heavy boxes exactly where i wanted. Even explained to them i won’t be building soon as weathers bad, so when i come to it and need assistance, say hardware or something is missing, will you help? Replied immediately and said yes, great.
Come to build it and one floor panel was damaged. But by the end of the day, got the shed built but had issues regarding one page and instructions. Sent them a detailed email with pictures and videos, asking for clarification of assembly and letting me know i got damaged a parts. Left it a few days, no reply. Emailed again, no reply.

Avoid
Purchased a shed, it was delayed. I was promised a shelving unit and lock for the delay but that never arrived. The shed is poor quality, reached out to them by email a few times to resolve the issue but I have been ignored, so had to set up a claim with my credit card company to get a refund.

If I could give them less than one star, I would. There’s no one to communicate with - I send emails and just get responses committing to delivery dates that come and go. My original order had an ‘issue’ which meant that there’s now an order on the way (apparently) that isn’t the original product I wanted and paid for. Avoid getting involved with this business

I was very sceptical due to other reviews, however paid with credit card to be protected.
I can say that the shed arrived within a week and the customer service man was very helpful and knowledgeable.
I have no building experience so I’d say the shed is very easy to build especially for someone who knows what they’re doing. I made a couple mistakes however it’s all built and standing correctly and is definitely straightforward as the panels are large rather than small slats. It’s definitely a 2 man job and just requires common sense really.
Definitely the nicest looking shed I could find for the price range and the build quality is fine. And I’d say it’s definitely an easy build for someone who knows what they’re doing.
Hopefully it’ll last many years.

I ordered a Triple Wheelie Bin Store (Garden Guard Premium Range) for £599.95 on 24/12/2025 and it still hasn’t arrived. I chased via their online contact form (no reply) and phoned 3–4 times. I was given a tracking reference, but the courier showed they hadn’t even received the parcel. Lots of time wasted, zero delivery, poor communication. I’ve had to raise a dispute with my bank and still chasing now. Avoid like the plague!

Been waiting over a month for a product and still not arrived. No communication from the company and when they eventually replied they have blamed the courier company.
They have had my money for a month and I have nothing for the money.

Misrepresentation of the goods
We bought the shed size 8” by 10”.
We got the shed size 7” by 8”11
Customer service insisted that we got a right shed and should round it “up”
Our perception that we have been cheated.

Terrible company
EXACTLY the same experience as the previous reviewer , ordered 29th December, appreciate we were all on Christmas holidays but no acknowledgement of the order was received. when I rang I got all the normal crap "oh our systems aren't working well sorry" they eventually acknowledged and told me delivery 16th January, its on its way track here !!!
no tracking link, when I rang apparently the tracking details are released to tell their courier its ready to collect from them !!
no chance when i rang its actually not ready and the container hasn't arrived from Italy. So why send tracking !!
they offered £30 refund and said it should be ready early Feb.
Guess what didn't arrive so I suggested as we were away get everything ready for after 14th Feb which they agreed would happen . …. No it didn't and despite them saying its on the way I requested a refund
the same refund process for the £30 which arrived same day .. now they want 7/10 days to refund and surprisingly still hasn't arrived so I started a cash back with my card provider .
Don't order from these guys they don't have the stock and use your money to finance their containers. in fact they are complete liars. Not to be trusted at all
I expect some Bull S**T response but don't be fooled they are not to be trusted.

Poor customer service and products do not arrive
I would strongly advise anyone considering ordering from Garden Deals Direct to think twice.
I ordered a bin store with a stated delivery timeframe of 5–7 working days. By working day 10, having received no updates, I emailed the company, my email was completely ignored. On working day 12, I called to chase the order and was told I would receive tracking details within two days. That never happened.
I called again on working day 15 and was given the exact same response, that tracking would be sent within two days. During this call I spoke to a staff member, who was extremely rude and dismissive, and simply told me I could cancel the order if I wasn’t happy rather than addressing the issue.
After waiting another three days with no tracking or communication, I called again on working day 19 and was told that management were “looking into it” and that I would receive a call back by the end of the day. Unsurprisingly, no call ever came.
By working day 21 I called again and spoke to another member of staff, who was equally dismissive. Only at this point was I told there had been a delivery issue because parts had not arrived and that it could take up to another two weeks. At no stage had anyone proactively contacted me to explain the delay, apologise, or provide any meaningful update. When I asked whether ignoring customer emails and repeatedly failing to follow up was acceptable, this concern was dismissed and I was again told I could cancel if I wasn’t happy.
The customer service has been shocking — poor communication, missed promises, rude staff, and zero accountability. They are happy to take your money, quote delivery times they cannot meet, and then fail to provide even basic updates or courtesy.
Avoid this company.

My experience is the same as others. They took my order and then failed to deliver the goods. When I called they said they had fixed the issue but that was not true (and they knew it was not true). Don't touch them with a bargepole.

Should have read the other reviews before placing my order. Paid online on 23rd Dec for a three-wheelie bin storage unit. Got confirmation that delivery would be "5-7 days". Nothing for weeks. Called 6+ times and spoke to various different people who promised me that despite the tracking number showing as "item not received at the depot" my unit would be delivered "tomorrow", but as of 5th Feb still nothing. Called again and cancelled and said i would initiate a charge back via my bank, which they didn't like. But i have zero trust they would have processed a refund and i don't have time waste calling them all the time chasing. Avoid at all costs...

Really happy with my purchase. Researched my shed as I had specific requirements and after speaking to the team at garden deals and taking advice, I went for the 6x8. Great value and easy to put up! Happy with quality and service, I will be back.
