Ordered Easter gifts in early March

Ordered Easter gifts in early March. They overcharged my PayPal, but did correct the error. It is now 5 weeks later- 2 weeks after Easter- and gifts still not delivered!

Caution with this company!

SCAM !! If I could rate a zero I would

If I could rate a zero I would.
COMPLETE SCAM website. Expensive hidden shipping costs and the merchandise never comes.
They claim delivered although tracking says order was not delivered. And forget about getting any customer service after the fact.
Google first before using- known scam site

If I could give a negative 5 review I would.
I placed an order February 18th 2026 and never received a tracking or response I have tried to cancel my order several times and received auto response emails.

This is the worst online purchase experience I have ever had.!!!

Bought my kids an easter present and it never arrived. This is a scam website. It's a shame as I was counting on this as their easter gift and because of these losers my kids didn't get an easter gift.

Ordered 2 items on March 2, it is April 13, still not here

Ordered 2 items on March 2, 2026. The items were intended as Easter gifts. Contacted the company multiple times starting March 25, 2026, asking for a refund. They insisted it was in process and they could not issue a refund. I repeatedly requested tracking information. It was provided, but completely in Chinese. It is now April 13, 2026, and the tracking information they provided still shows on a map that the item in in China. This is a scam. I am working with my payment service to get a refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

I order a vehicle care kit from Gardenerk via an ad on Facebook back in February. The tracking showed that it came from the Czech Republic. It’s now April. I finally emailed to ask why my order was stuck in Denver. I then got an email back with a separate tracking URL saying that the product was already delivered and then gave me a tracking number, saying to check with my post office or if my neighbors had signed for it.

The tracking number wasn’t a post office tracking number and my neighbors had not given me any package. Now I’m getting no replies to my emails.

This company is nothing but swindlers. And screw Facebook for giving this company a platform!

This place is a scam

This place is a scam. Never received item, they won’t refund my money, claiming they are re-sending the item but I no longer want it because it was to be an Easter gift. I completely doubt they sent or will send the item. I wish I had researched them before placing an order.

Left holding no bag

Ordered the leather under arm bag on 2/22/26 as of 3/31/26 still haven't received and I wanted to use on vacation thats coming up shortly. Received w different tracking numbers one from Italy and one from China so I have no idea where it's coming from. As others have stated customer service just trys to be polite but gives no assistance with helping the situation. Horrible experience and ready to return bag just because of this issue.

They over billed my invoice on my credit card and the product I ordered was never delivered in a month and a half! Use at your own risk.

Four weeks and waiting

Four weeks and waiting. You get almost immediate reply from customer service however, just polite lip service. I WOULD AVOID THIS COMPANY! If you do order use AMEX so you can dispute you charge if order is not received….

Upcharged me

They charged me $22.13 then gave it to PayPal and charged $28.77. I don’t have a PayPal account. I can’t get in touch with them to complain.

Misleading process

Misleading Process

I made an honest mistake while placing my order and realized it within 10 minutes. I immediately contacted customer service to cancel, well within 24 hours. However, despite multiple follow-ups over the next three days, I received no meaningful help. Instead, I was told the order had already shipped and could not be canceled.
This kind of handling is unprofessional and extremely frustrating — especially when I acted quickly to fix the issue. Now I have to go through the trouble of returning the items and paying for return shipping, even though this could have easily been avoided if they had acted promptly.
The entire process felt misleading and dismissive. I would not recommend this company based on how they handled my situation.

HORRIBLE --- will not permit returns

The bathing suit I ordered was stretched out and did not fit right at all. I've emailed 12 times so far trying to RETURN the suit and all they respond with is "7 USD is really the highest compensation I can give you within my ability." They will not honor my request to return for refund.

SCAM

I ordered 2 Christmas garage door covers (11/24). I have still not received them (5/25). The total was $119, they charged me $139. They admitted to 'due to an error' of overcharging me. But they still have not reimbursed me for that. They provided a tracking number that I was not able to track. Then they said that it was marked delivered. But it wasn't. They told me to check with my post office. I did but the number was untrackable. Then they provided another tracking number and it showed it was delivered. Now they won't even answer my emails. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.
