Recently bought a new patio set to replace our old one. Quick delivery and excellent communication throughout. Can’t wait to have friends and family round

I got a table and chairs from these guys for my patio. I was impressed with the quality and it was delivered to me on time. Would buy from them again and reccomend to anyone looking at their furniture.

Second time using gardenfurniture.co.uk, product is great and matches the existing set. Delivered as scheduled and a helpful staff.

Easy to order at a good price. Poor initial communication from Jigsaw although delivery was within the stated timeframe. All made up for after delivery. The team carried my table and chairs through the house and up the stairs to my rear patio without any fuss and were very pleasant. The staff at garden furniture were helpful and friendly. We love the furniture

Clearly have an issue with their courier company.
Received order confirmation on May 13th. Phoned to chase on 20th, 21st and 24th. Still no answer about items “in stock”. Keep blaming courier but doing nothing about it

1st class from start to finish. Recently purchased the Hartman Berkeley. It was on a pre-order for delivery in May and we were expecting to arrive a little late . However we were very pleased when we were contacted by GF's courier Jigsaw last week. We have now taken delivery and the two men were fantastic . We asked to add a build service on at a later date and GF were very helpful in arranging this for us. I am glad I did as it made life so easy for us both, nothing was too much trouble. It's a lovely set, we now just need the weather !

I was given a delivery date waited in all day took day of and no delivery!!! I have emailed and tried to call with no response I am very frustrated with this now very bad service! When ordered I said 7 to 10 days delivery it’s has been 2 weeks now!

I ordered a set of furniture and GardenFurniture.co.uk said they would assign a delivery date within 2 weeks. This date was delayed, and for a few weeks it was hard to get a clear answer from the company about what was going on and I was quite concerned.

However, a service staff member named Andrew eventually took over my case and started providing daily updates. Andrew comped me free assembly to make up for the delays.

The set finally arrived yesterday and looks great.

UPDATE: Contacted by Andrew within hours of posting my review and he couldn't have been more helpful. Delivery arranged using alternative courier (Panther) who were faultless. Furniture delivered today and very happy with it, 1 star changed to 3 as result.

Ordered last week, received confirmation immediately but have since had radio silence. Still waiting for delivery company to make contact 6 days on. Unable to phone garden furniture themselves as phoneline gives constant busy tone, and emails have gone unanswered. Very poor service at the stage I just want to cancel my order but can't even do that as can't get to speak to anyone through any lines of communication

Ordered on a Sunday and contacted by their delivery company Jigsaw on Tuesday with a deivery booked for Thursday. I was called on the day prior to delivery with a time update. The two delivery men were both very nice and helpful. They built my furniture and took away all the rubbish. Very happy.

Ordered a patio dining set on 24th March with an advertised delivery time of 2-10 days (claimed average of 6 days). 12 days later, the delivery was cancelled by the courier with no explanation given. After much chasing, goods finally arrived on 17th April. On inspection, the table was badly damaged, as were two chairs and so had to be returned. Replacement items didn't arrive until 26th April and it was obvious from the quality of the packaging that the initial delivery had been previously been unwrapped and re-packaged somewhere, which probably explains the damage. I was promised a cover for the patio set by way of an apology and compensation for all the hassle, but this never arrived and subsequent enquiries on this have gone unanswered. Not a great experience and will not use again.

Excellent customer service from start to finish and beyond. Purchased a replacement cover for my Supremo mini bistro set at a competitive price. Full order delivered exactly as promised. Unfortunately after less than a month the stitching of one of the holding down straps came away. This was a Supremo issue and not through any fault of the company (garden furniture) or products they supply. Emailed Gardenfurniture.co.uk and explained the situation and without quibble or challenge they contacted Supremo and had a replacement cover sent out to me. In this day and age of companies seemingly not wanting to know once you’ve parted with your money, I can whole heartedly recommend them based on price and exemplary customer service.

We have recently received our lovely dining set and are really pleased with it and the service we received. We were regularly updated with the status of our order throughout the process, and the team were happy to answer any queries we had when we called. Would definitely use again and have recommended to friends and family.

EDIT: Following contact below from Andrew, went above and beyond to rectify my furniture was delivered by premium courier - very pleased.

Outdoor Dining Set ordered, paid for but not received after a month.
Received email confirmation and texts from their logistics - Jigsaw - then on day text to say delivery cancelled. I didn't hear from anyone so called GF.co.uk twice, only to be asked to speak to their logistics company who then didn't return my calls.
Seeing as no-one knows where my order is, I have now cancelled it.

I just wanted to thank the after sales team and the owners for sorting out the issues with my Supremo product. The measure of a company is how they deal with problems and the ones I experienced were dealt with promptly and the communication was brilliant. thank you everyone.

The table we ordered had some broken slats on delivery. Without any fuss, within 24 hours the manufacturer had been contacted and a new table was delivered with the broken one collected. Incredible customer service. I hope we purchase something else in the future from gardenfurniture.co.uk.

Ordered Kettler garden table & chairs. They were delivered on time - excellent delivery service. Unfortunately the table top was damaged. We emailed to inform them and heard back within hours via email and phone apologising and arranging a replacement within days. Cannot fault the service and staff. We wouldn’t hesitate ordering from this company again and are very pleased with the quality of the furniture

Really pleased with our lovely furniture and the best customer service I’ve had in a very long time! Andrea from Knaresborough was awesome - so helpful, followed up on my queries and took personal responsibility to see things through.

Slightly unplanned, my wonderful wife and I decided to impulse purchase new garden furniture. We heard good things about the Kettler range and found GardenFurnitureworld.co.uk online. Three days later the Kettler Adelaide sofa and chairs arrived in perfect condition and we are so happy we’ve ordered another full set tonight. 40% discount on Kettler is unusual. However, combined with fantastic online service and delivery what more could you ask for.

Whilst there was a slight delay to receiving the furniture I ordered due to a technical hiccup, the staff at GardenFurniture.co.uk (Andrea and Andrew) were brilliant with getting the order in motion and then rearranging the courier so it arrived 4 days earlier. Great communication from Andrea after I reached out about the order. I'm very pleased with the experience.
