Ordered a gas pizza oven and one of the stones was broken. No issues replacing and they had sent a new one. Great customer service - emailed on a Saturday morning and got a reply a couple hours later! Stone arrived Tuesday. Would buy from them again

Steve from GardenHearth Ltd went above and beyond to resolve an issue I experienced after the BonFeu accessories I purchased from GardenHearth didn’t fit the Bonsolo stove I had been gifted as a bday present. It turns out the issue was caused by a faulty part on the stove, and although the stove wasn’t purchased from GardenHearth, Steve contacted BonFeu (the manufacturer) and arranged for a replacement part to be sent out to me! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend GardenHearth - this level of customer service is rare nowadays - I will now make GardenHearth Ltd my go-to company for garden products. Thank you again Steve

Quick delivery, great quality product worth the money. I had a problem with delivery , they delivered to No 11 instead of No1 but very good and polite to solve the problem. They blamed the couriers and the couriers blamed them. All in all we got the parcel same day. I had to carry the box about 100 metres from the wrong address. That was the only downfall.

The service was impeccable.

I emailed GardenHearth to enquire whether they had the 84D-124 weighted parasol base in stock.
I had ordered the base from another supplier who willingly took my payment without having stock. I had also tried other retailers without success including the retailer that sold me the cantilever parasol. A cantilever parasol without the specific weighted base is not usable.
Steve phoned me back within an hour and said that they had some units in stock. I ordered the base and it arrived well boxed within the specified delivery time.

I came across GardenHearth online following a very negative and frustrating experience with a different company from whom I’d purchased some Garden furniture (i.e. Cantilever Parasol and Base). Having just spent hundreds of pounds on the parasol, the supporting base I had turned out to be incompatible with the rotating mechanism of the parasol and I was shocked to get absolutely nowhere with the other company - very dismissive, uninterested and unhelpful, telling me bluntly there was nothing suitable, effectively rendering the expensive parasol useless with nothing to weigh it down! Surely the bases and parasols were designed in tandem to work together?! This didn’t make sense and I was effectively left in limbo, so decided to source answers from elsewhere…

GardenHearth stood out in my search, so I contacted them via online Chat on a Saturday, not expecting to hear back until the following week, however, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a polite response with a couple of viable options from Steve Gordon that same afternoon!! Amazing! He could’ve easily stopped there, however, switching to email for ease of communication, Steve continued his assistance - genuinely interested in helping to ensure the right solution - over several emails in fact! Extremely polite, professional and helpful, nothing was too much trouble!!

As expected, once received, his recommended product was absolutely spot on - fully compatible and safe to use with the parasol. Finally!!

At a time when products are widely available online, it’s definitely the specialist knowledge, level and quality of customer service and standard of communication that sets companies apart and this is clearly the case with GardenHearth! My experiences with both companies couldn’t have been more different!!!
