The garden arbour is exactly what we wanted. Unfortunately the delivery time of 12/14 weeks meant most of the summer was over.
The arbour was slightly damaged on arrival but the enclosed touch up.paint sorted that out hence only 4 stars and not 5.

Shed we ordered was damaged on arrival we rang up and was told we would have to repair the damage ourselves. piece of wood Sent to us and repaired the panel ourselves

Ordered garden cupboard about 5 months ago when arrived it was not the one one I ordered it was broken in places ,it took garden promos nearly 4 months to collect, still waiting for my refund would not recommend this company to anyone

Product took 12+weeks
Upon arrival it was very budget
Instructions were bol locks
Door hinges were about as strong as paper clips

Learnt my lesson don't buy cheap shi t from here.

Great Summerhouse, excellent service, highly recommended, well made product.

Purchased their cheapest bike shed. Lead times as advertised. Quality is as expected. It's not going to hold up under anyone who really was set on breaking into it, but as something in the back garden to store a few valueless bits, it's great.

Small patio table and chairs.
These are small but perfect for the little corner in my garden. They will probably need to be repainted next year as the table has some marks since being outside in the summer. Although they are not particularly sturdy they look nice and I am happy with the purchase.

This company is an ABSOLUTE nightmare, ordered in May and kept getting the delivery dated knocked back 3 times CustomerService is ABYSMAL they work for the same company yet tell you they don’t know anything and all you can hear in the background is them tell fed up customers that it’s a technical issue, what is technical about cutting and nailing wood together???? So in short 3 months and 1 week late!!!
The building itself is ok they need to quality check better as large chunks missing on door and some panels not square and true but now it’s up it looks good,

Good price, great selection of products and impeccable customer service. I ordered incorrect item and they made it so stress-free in changing it. They were responsive, sympathetic and professional. Highly recommended.
