We needed a bespoke shed ,stuart came out and moaned about everything lol, then said if that's what you want ,then delivered and erected exactly what I wanted ,I cannot rate the team of guys here highly enough

Easy ordering and installation in under 3 hours , no breaks for guys just worked till job was finished , happy with shed fitted my space perfectly

Quality job by Highland Sheds. I needed a shed for Storage of garden furniture and office files. Spoke to Stuart who recommended a 15ft shed with a 5 ft internal wall and door to separate and secure the shelving and office files. 2 weeks from plan to build. Would certainly recommend Highland sheds and the the service offered by Stuart.

My shed isnt even a year old and its got gaps everywhere. Rain getting in at several places over the shed so floor getting soaked everytime it rains. Already had guys back to sort shed out all they did was make it worse. Its not even level, wish I had never went near this company but I was tempted in by his crappy deals like extra height and extra thick flooring, all bullshit its just a tactic to sell sheds. Very disappointed shed will not last after paying £1500 just not happy with it for the money 😕 😡.

Made a call to Highland sheds and said what I wanted. Yes no problem sir.. All good... told the wife what I had ordered..... well turns out that her design in her head isn't how she projected it to me through some psychosis interval or something..

So My missus. (Currently) said I will make the call.....

Sorts it out and the fella knew what we needed and advised against some windows as this would show our belongings to would be rascal BLAH BLAH BLAH!!!!!

Communication was great throughout the sales and installation. 2 men came to deliver and build- very polite and couldn't do enough to ensure we were happy with the finished product. Will definitely be ordering again when we need our next shed. Thank you boys

Absolutely thrilled with my new garden shed from Highland Sheds. The whole process was easy and stress free from ordering to the final installation. You can tell a lot of care goes into the builds; the shed is solid, well-made, and looks great. Stuart clearly knows his stuff and was happy to answer all my questions and help me figure out the best option for the space. Delivery was prompt, everything went smoothly, and there were no surprises.

Highly recommend to anyone looking for a quality shed that’s built to last.

Stuart delievered the shed shortly after placing an order through the online website which is easy to navigate. All my (many) emails were answered promptly. Through order to installation has been a breeze. Could not recommend this company enough!
Both men installing were very polite and went above and beyond on the hottest day of the year to ensure everything was to a T before leaving. Thank you very much.

We've just had a new shed built by highland sheds Gretna and we're over the moon with the quality and workmanship provided by Stuart and his team .

Excellent product and very helpful from start to finish

Stuart give all the patter and says he will deal with any problems. However the door on the shed had a 6" gap in it which would allow mice and rats in. I asked for a replacement which took 3 weeks. They replaced the door and it still had a large gap. They also use inferior wood to what the advertise. I asked a reputable shed company to come and inspect the shed and they said it was built to a poor standard and would not last, and was certainly not worth what I paid for it.I sent more photos of the shed faults and the wood sheds had bowed and again were poor quality wood. He agreed to take them all away and give me a full refund. I waited 4 weeks as every week he had an excuse why they hadn't turned up. Today he finally arrived on his own with a women in his van and informed me he would not remove them and that I was "a liar and a cheat" he then took videos with out my permission and left after talking to me in a very threatening way. He had no intention of removing the items today as it is not a one man job. When I said I would put a review on trust pilot, he threatened to tell other companies not to deal with as was very intimidating. I know I will never see him or my money again, but please be careful when dealing with this company and this man, he is a bullying fraud.

Stuart response is full of lies, at no point did I say the items did not fit and I can prove this as I have ordered the same size shed from a reputable company that do not sell substandard products. I explained the shed door, this was the second door he had fitted, still had a gap between it and the shed that would allow rats and mice in., I also pointed out the wood stores were so flimsy they had bowed when moved. I had sent Stuart photos of all of this prior to his visit, so when he agreed to collect the products and refund me he must have accepted the faults in the photos.With regards to his son being in the car, I would question why he called the person she, and told me she was a witness. In 2025 I would never question a female being able to dismantle a shed, however it took 4 men to assemble it, so a small petite female and Stuart were unlikely to be able to dismantle the products, which again proves he had no intention of honoring his agreement. Also Stuart feel free to take me to court but I know you won't because if indeed your friend in the car was videoing the conversation the court will see that it was you who called me a cheat and a fraud, before I had spoken. I did go in the house from the garden after I had asked you to refund me and remove the products as I felt threatened by your attitude when you were asking what was wrong with the products. You are clearly not going to honor what I have in writing that you would remove the goods and give me a full refund. so not only are you a conman and bully you are also in breach of contract. You may have mainly 5 star reviews, but you only have a small amount of reviews, and others have marked you down, I will be selling the shed at a loss and warning who ever buys it is not of high standard and who supplied it.

Great service from the guys. Stuart was fantastic and easy to commucate with and got exactly what I required. Fast, easy and quality is very good. Highly recommended.

Was recommended this company from a friend who lives just outside Glasgow, who had a shed last year from Highland Sheds, it didn’t say on the website they deliver to South Wales but I rang up and spoke to Stuart who was really helpful and said of course they could deliver and install for me down here, he gave me some really good suggestions and I only had to wait 6 weeks and the shed was delivered and put up for me and I’m absolutely landed with it, it looks quality and is really sturdy and I know friends have already been in contact with the company after seeing mine.
Great communication from start to finish, really friendly company.
