Product quality is excellent. Customer care poor
Product quality is excellent.
Very disappointing that orders were not accepted over the phone especially as the web site was clunky to use via an iPhone leading to me ordering the wrong size product. This resulted in me incurring three delivery charges at £35 each. The company was sorry for the confusion but would not contribute to the excess costs incurred.

Thank you for your feedback. Due to strict anti-fraud regulations, we're unable to process payments over the phone, but we did send you a secure payment link with your full basket ready to go for convenience.
While we always try to make the process as smooth as possible, it's important that customers double-check all order details before completing payment. In this case, I can see the issue arose from a separate order where the incorrect panel style was selected.
We completely understand how frustrating this must be, and we're sorry for any inconvenience. However, since the item was delivered correctly as per the order placed, and considering our delivery costs are already subsidised, we would not be able to offer a refund .

Quality products at reasonable prices. Very friendly & helpful staff, sorted an ordering issue out for me before delivery which was much appreciated. Highly recommend.

We are very pleased with these trellis panels. We were able to choose from a variety of styles, sizes and prices, then order the panels with ease.

Excellent customer service by phone. Products have a very good standard of finish and are well protected in their packaging. I have no hesitation in recommending the Garden Trellis Company and will no doubt be a repeat customer.

Good experience overall
Ordering process was good and trellis was delivered as per invoice. Trellis quality is very good though quite expensive. Would I use Garden Trellis again, yes I would.

Poor quality product
The fencing we ordered looks good on the website but we received poor quality panels, twisted capping and timber that was not the advertised dimensions. The cutting service is useful but expensive.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We are very concerned about your comments. We have looked at your order and cannot see that you have contacted us about any issues. Can you please advise what the issues are with the panels and what the dimensions were as these should be as advertised and we have not been made aware by any other customers that there has been an issue with them. Regarding the top capping, due to the long lengths of these, they can have some movement, but it should not be so much that it does not rectify once screwed down to the top of the posts. Can you please send in some images of the warped capping and faulty panels so we can look to get these swapped over for you. We look forward to receiving your response and the opportunity to resolve this for you.
