Same day delivery failure
It would have been smooth if the website is updated with the current delivery options. I wanted a same day delivery so I placed my order before 10am as what the site stated but to my disappointment, i received a call telling me that it wasn;t possible since their office starts at 10 and the delivery guys come at 1pm. that option should have not been there in the first place. i suggest that they remove that from the website to avoid misunderstanding and further disappointing their clients. Friendly customer service though.

Only have bought not sold yet…
Only have bought not sold yet (commission they are charging on the higher end of the spectrum) but the experience has been excellent so far. Friendly customer service, items are properly described on website. Swift reimbursement in case of returns. The only point that is not so pleasant is the delivery fee, however, sometimes they will offer items that come with a code for free delivery.

Please note that we've been in touch with you to pick up the bag since the day you notified us of your intent to return. Our drivers were unable to reach you on the phone.
Also as per our T's and C's stated on the website, we are unable to process returns via cash. We only process through bank transfer, cheques or cards. This is clearly stated on the terms which you agree to before making a purchase.

We deliver to Europe regularly, however custom duties vary from country to country.
We are unable to control custom duties, as it's law mandated by respective countries.
In some cases, we are able to offer free shipping as an incentive to international clients who have to pay custom duties. Hope this helps?
