I have ordered a jogger from Garms. They took the payment but nothing arrived from them. I have emailed several times but they simply never replied. It's a scam shop Don't order anything from them 😡😡😡

I got my son a pair of joggers he’s been wanting for the longest time. Not only did they not send it out when I emailed them they said it had arrived. Simply just a scam

I ordered a pair of jogging bottoms for my son, no communication from them for late delivery, I chased up my order several times as was bought as a Christmas present - they finally responded in January - stating that they were sorry and that the order would arrive by the end of January, what a surprise, still no delivery!
I have chased again and had no more replies.
COMPLETE SCAM COMPANY - DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE

This company is scam. Do not give them your money. Am now trying to get my money back from my bank. Plus the item was a xmas present for my daughter so even more disgusting these scammers are still able to 'trade'. Have sent emails asking for communication on delivery date and then a refund, nothing. Do not buy from these awful people. I hope the law catches up with them.

Absolute scam company - do not use. My son paid £90 and two months later still no joggers. Do not give them any money - you will not receive the goods. They take your money and run.

Scammers, same experience as others, products do not arrive! I bought some jogging bottoms for my daughter, in November, they've still not arrived. I was advised and was reassured they would arrive by the end on Jan 24! They also advised to contact my bank for a refund as they clearly state no refund policy.

Here's their response:

Firstly we would like to let you know that your order has been fulfilled and is on the way. We are aware that this parcel will arrive much later than expected and we apologise for that however unfortunately this is out of our control due to the busy Christmas season, combined with the frustrating strikes that several of our couriers and shipping companies are going on. We cannot promise you an exact date or even week due to these issues however can guarantee that it should arrive at some point in January. We are sorry for the inconvenience and dissapointment however don’t worry as you will receive your product at some point in January. Thanks for buying from GarmsUnlimited

Ce site est une pure arnaque, n'y achetez rien, nous avons commandé pour 200 EUR en décembre, mis à part une confirmation de commande et promesse de livraison, nous sommes maintenant fin janvier, je n'ai plus aucun retour. Les adolescents vont apprécier et trouver les articles attractifs, mais vont aussi tomber dans le panneau bien rapidement. Pub sur tik tok instagram etc.... mais c'est un fantome, en guise de contact une adresse gmail... donc voilà à fuire.

Same experience as others. Paid £130 for a broken planet jumper for my son’s Christmas. No replies to emails, Shopapp tracker has disappeared and no jumper to show for it. Will raise an enquiry with Trading Standards having read other similar experiences.

Damn. Wish I'd read the reviews before I purchased. Same as below. Paid on Dec 12th but goods never arrived and no one ever replied to my emails. Shop tracking link disappeared after 2 weeks so no way to track. Have opened a dispute with Amex. Hopefully will get a refund...

I've already left a review about this rip off scamming site but still trying to message them and still getting no reply but I've noticed they have moved and are now called unlimited garms so people please be aware of this company aswell now there the same scum bags ripping everyone off

Ordered items nothing delivered

Ordered item on the 15th December. Still hasn’t arrived. Emails not responded to. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE!

I wish that I didn’t even have to give one star. I ordered a hoodie for my daughter which was £110.00. Not cheap & we had to save hard to get it. Ordered on 13th December & have had one email thanking us for our order & we would be notified when it had been shipped. Needless to say, despite countless emails, nothing since then! Unfortunately didn’t pay with PayPal so we will have to fight for a refund. PLEASE DON’T ORDER FROM THIS SITE! Save your money for a trusted site. It’s despicable that they take our hard earned money & then ignore us. I really wish I’d read these reviews first. Lesson learnt !

Scammed out of £150. PLEASE DO NOT BUY!

Ordered item on 24 November, over six weeks later and there is no parcel. The first email query did receive a response that said they were on their way but subsequent emails have had no responses. This website is a complete scam , fortunately paid through Amex who have now blocked payment.

Same experience as everyone below, ordered clothes, money taken, no clothes, no tracking, no response to emails. I've reported to my bank and action fraud and will report to shopify

Ordered item more than a month ago, hasn't even been dispatched. Tried to contact them 3 times, no reply. Money is gone, though. Avoid, total scam!

Hvis man kunne give mindre en 1 stjerne havde “firmaet” fået det. Mit barnebarn fandt en lækker trøje og købte den i tro på at den kunne nå frem inden jul. Ikke set skyggen af nogle varer. Pengene har de trukket, og trods alle forsøg på at få kontakt til “firmaet”, har vi intet hørt. Et stort SVINDEL “firma, som man skal holde sig langt fra. Føj siger jeg bare
