An easy five stars. The product itself is beautiful - stunning leather, excellent fixtures, beautiful construction - and is already developing a nice patina. Service was fantastic - I initially ordered the wrong size and Dan was able to swap it for the right size quickly and efficiently.
Great service, I ordered the larger size and had to change it, no quibbles done same day and very good customer service. Love the watch straps, great quality and nice fit!

I love my key organizer. It feels super soft in my bag. No more noise from the keys either. The leather is outstanding - straight from Italy. Delivery was very fast as well.
