I don’t want to upset you

I don’t want to upset you, but you’re sending queries and stuff to address to Jennifer Davidson. I’m Michael Davidson her father. I’m the one that purchased the items. I was trying to get one delivered to my daughter. I had a lot of problems. Finally, we got it together. it’s done, but I want to order more stuff and I’m not Jennifer Davidson.

I ordered a lovely workstation sink

I ordered a lovely workstation sink. . I was given a tracking number when it had been shipped, but there was no record of that tracking number...so I reached our to Garvee...Their customer service is excellent. I made an inquiry on Monday morning about the provided tracking number had no information. By Tuesday morning, Rebecca had located the order, which was being shipped by another delivery company and updated me with very detailed information that my order should be arriving that day. She must have been watching the progress, because she also let me know that it had missed a connection and to give it a few more days. By Wednesday, I had my order delivered, in excellent condition. I let her know and she promptly replied, letting me know that she received my thanks and that she hoped my product will give me good usage experience....this line of communication was more than I had expected and more than I could have hoped for. Once again, thank you so much. And I really hope that, once installed after my kitchen reno is completed,, my new sink will be all that I had dreamed of and hoped for

Great customer service

I had a couple of broken pieces in the item I purchased & when I contacted their customer service I received a quick reply. The rep Jerrilyn was wonderful, understanding and courteous & went all out to help me as quickly as possible. Great employee and a credit to the company.

I like the fuel tank on wheel

I like the fuel tank on wheel . Seems well made. I just wish it had a vent on top for when it’s being filled. The air in the tank has to escape through the fill tube and if you are using a funnel it bubbles back at the person. Nothing complicated just a vent

You mentioned hoping to add a vent on top of the fuel tank to solve the problem where air can only escape through the filling pipe, causing splashing and bubbling when refueling with a funnel. I was very disappointed to discover that I cannot purchase an extra battery for the shovel.

This product has been extremely popular, and the high demand unfortunately led to the battery being out of stock. To help resolve your issue, we have tried multiple solutions, including checking availability and attempting to transfer stock from our U.S. warehouse. Unfortunately, they experienced the same battery shortage as well.

We also want to let you know that your shopping experience is very important to us. we have upgraded this snow shovel model this year, and the battery life has been significantly improved. Please contact us directly, and we would be happy to offer you a brand-new replacement free of charge.

20" Snow Blower

I bought unit to make a path in backyard for dogs to get out. It has made the job so easy instead of having to shovel. The unit is light weight which means I can bring it up on deck when not in use. You have to use it while the snow is light and not let it get heavy. Batteries easy to install and take out.
