I booked Marina Plaza by Garvetur
Av. da Marina Plaza - Complexo Marina Plaza ,Vilamoura at Roomdi, what I thought it was a good discount.

However, when I went to pick up the keys, checking was only possible after 5:00 p.m. and the lady "kindly" left it at 3:00 p.m.
I was informed of a series of fees that I had not been previously informed, not even in the phone calls I made earlier to clarify location and other informations !!! Only when I was there to pick up the keys did they inform me of the security deposit of the access to the park, the deposit according to the typology of the apartment and gave my credit card data over the phone to someone ... I hated the whole service and I'm sure I will not go back to your services! Because only when I was there, without chance to get an alternative was when they spoke of all these collateral fees. I wonder if it is legal to collect the data of a person's credit card! Because with the data collected they could make any transaction!

Turned up at the reception, was told our apartment at golf residence was available and to wait an hour for the cleaners to clear out. Got to the golf residence and key did not fit.
Back to reception and lo & behold we were being lied to, but instead of helping us out, they continued to lie to us, they did not know when to stop.
Eventually taken to a very very substandard apartment complex and told it would all be sorted out in our favour within 24hrs. Why it was not sorted out in our favour straight away, shows how incompetent this company are.
Well 24 later and no progress, more lies and even a laugh from the guy at reception, who thinks it is funny to take peoples money and treat them like rubbish.
We ended up asking for a full refund, which took nearly an hour to arrange and when it turned up in our account was not complete.

To say these people are amateurs would be an understatement and I would urge anyone to avoid them at all cost. My solicitor has been instructed already.
