Ordered a couple of sensors for my …

Ordered a couple of sensors for my Worcester boiler at 10 pm on a Tuesday night and they arrived in the post on Thursday morning, excellent service.
Website is easy to use with colour photos of items so you can compare them with your old parts to ensure suitability.

Return policy lacing.

Return policy lacing.
I am entitled to return under legislation, inside 14 days...but Gas Spares not applying correct policy within this legislation.

Good company but needs to keep an eye on the staff

very fast delivery from the company after i order the part online, However the lady on the end of the phone for gas spares thought she was a gas engineer and wanted my reg no. I am registered but wasn't prepared to amuse her so she gets a big fat O for being stupid!!!!

I'm glad the service was good in the end, we always ask for the Gas Safe reg no so we can give those who are qualifies an additional discount, rewarding those at the heart of the industry for the training and investment they have made to become qualified.

Next time you need a part make sure to give us your number and you'll save yourself some money.

Impressive product range

Impressive product range. Delivery was within 21 hours of order being placed, noteworthy that it was during the festive season. Appliance was back in action within one hour of delevery of parts. I am a very satisfied customer.,
