Online order

Ordered a spare part for my gas fire. Went for first class economy delivery but still received it within two days of ordering on line.

Identifying and ordering the part was…

Identifying and ordering the part was simple. Then it turned up on my door mat less than 24hrs after ordering, thats not just good thats brilliant.
and the price was less than anyone else.

I would definitely recommend this company for spares

I ordered coals from you on the 26…

I ordered coals from you on the 26 February and I still don’t have them. They are sitting at the DPD delivery store in Cambuslang. First they weren’t able to be delivered because of the snow and then it was delivered but no-one was home. I actually was home but obviously didn’t hear them at the door. I have phoned the depot twice. First time I was told that they would make it a priority and now today they have said ‘they think’ the parcel is damaged. This is totally unacceptable. I cannot get anyone to help. No-one will take responsibility or get in touch with me.

Apologies for this, I agree that this is unacceptable and you should have had these goods long before now. I understand that you have spoken to our service team and they are working to resolve this issue.

I have also asked that we refund the delivery charge on these goods as the service was not even close to what you should expect from ourselves.

Apologies once again and please do not hesitate to contact or sales office if you want to discuss this matter any further.

Excellent service

Excellent service. Very quick delivery and the product was protected with very good packaging. The delivery company was good and kept me informed of delivery times.

Excellent as usual

Items were in stock, price was competitive and pay for courier delivery it comes next day. What more can you ask for that is why I order from them for spares

Ordering very easy

Ordering very easy. Spares great. Paid £7 for courier delivery which took a few days but it was during blizzards so had to be expected.

Apologies for the late delivery. Unfortunately due to the recent snow storms and with some areas being inaccessible for vehicles, our delivery partners have inevitably had some delays. I'm sure next time you require a spare part for a repair, we would be able to deliver with no issues at all.
