Fast and efficient service
I had not used Gas Boiler Parts before. I found their site easy to use. They had the mastic I wanted at a reasonable price and their delivery costs were competitive. No problems experienced.

Online ordering of boiler parts
Website was easy to use, i had no trouble finding the parts i wanted,payment was quick and easy. I was emailed as to the parts status and delivery time. In the end the parts were delivered ahead of their scheduled delivery time. Excellent service and i will use them again should i need more parts.

Excellent!
Simple ordering process, the parts explained and also presented with accompanying technical data / compatability profiles etc. Fair prices and...ordered on a Sunday, and delivered on the Monday!!! (OK - it was a 'local' address but nevertheless - a commitment to service.

Excellent Service
I ordered the part online on Sunday for Tuesday delivery. I realised that the delivery had to be signed for and therefore sent an email asking if the part could be delivered to my husbands work instead.
I received an email on Monday confirming that the part would be delivered to the new address.
Part arrived on time, and I was able to check the status of the delivery online via the courier company.
